Whatsapp For Business Masterclass

Joe Apfelbaum and Naftali discuss why WhatsApp is a powerful marketing channel and how to use it without getting banned. Phone numbers are more valuable than emails, WhatsApp Business offers auto-greetings and broadcast lists, and you hit contact limits at the device level, requiring multiple phones to scale.

All right, so thank you for joining me here for the first module of the WhatsApp course. Okay, so I'll tell you what happened. We decided that we're going to create a course for WhatsApp for Business. We decided we're going to create a course called WhatsApp for Business. Why? Because I was having a conversation with Naftali, Naftali's Status, the guy who has tens of thousands of people seeing his status every day. I met him at a conference and I asked him, I said, hey, what do you know about WhatsApp? He's like, what do you mean? It's all about WhatsApp. I'm the WhatsApp guy. And I was like, no, it's all about LinkedIn. I'm the LinkedIn guy. He's like, no, listen, hang on. You don't even know what's going on WhatsApp. I was like, you don't know what's going on with LinkedIn. I said, okay, let's have a conversation. And then he starts telling me about WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business and how it works and that you have to save contacts and all this other stuff that you have to do. And I was like, oh my gosh, I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a business owner. I don't know any of this stuff and I wrote online asking entrepreneurs if they want a course, and so many of them said, "Oh my God! I need a course WhatsApp for business. I know nothing about WhatsApp." So why is WhatsApp powerful?
Well, first of all, WhatsApp you have their person, you have their phone number. That's cool. I mean, any person, any email.
Oh, you're right.
Email. I can make an email up, but I have your phone number. When I message you, I know you're on that phone and. It says typing, I know that's you. Okay, okay, okay.
So what you're saying is a phone number is more valuable than a website and an email because people change their emails when they go from job to job, but their phone number they keep for life. I heard someone say phone numbers people keep for life, they never change their phone number. Emails are constantly changing because they're getting a lot of spam, but you don't really get that much spam through phone numbers because people report it and there are laws and all types of stuff. So phone number is very powerful.
Your phone number, how long have you had your phone number? Since Do you have the same phone number?
25 years.
I had the same number for almost 20 years.
Yeah, 20 years. So think about it this time, think about it this way. If you get somebody's cell phone number and it's a real cell phone number, they're not changing very often. Okay, so that is very, very valuable to even just know that, for people to say, wow. And so you have the option to call them, you have the option to text them, you have the option to WhatsApp them. And WhatsApp is powerful because it's global. There's no long-distance fees. It works everywhere. But WhatsApp for Business is different. How is WhatsApp for Business different than WhatsApp Messenger? Because WhatsApp Messenger, the regular thing we all use with our kids, we're in groups. How's WhatsApp for Business different?
So WhatsApp, the first thing I'd say is the auto message. It's called the greeting message, meaning—
You can't do that with regular WhatsApp?
No. Okay.
So when I WhatsApp someone and right away they send me this long paragraph— Yeah.
I used to do that manually every time, like, hi, thank you for contacting Apfelbaum Status, please save my number, and here's my advertising.
Hang on, save my number? Why would you want someone to save your number?
Because it's a two-way street. It's for status. I have to save your number and you have to save my number to see each other's status.
Oh, I never save numbers.
You're literally taking 100 grand on the table and you're literally throwing it on the table.
Why do you have so many? Why do you have like 20 phones? What's going on over here? What is all these phones? You have an iPhone, an Android, another phone.
So what's iPhone? Apple can't handle what I do and what I do I need Every phone number, every phone has its own phone number, but if I have more than one thing happening on each number, then it crashes. So I need literally multiple—
You got a bunch of phone numbers because you have tens of thousands of contacts and there's a limited amount of contacts that every phone can have. So if somebody has, let's say, 100 contacts on their phone, it's not as valuable as if they have maybe 10,000 contacts on their phone and those contacts all have you saved on their phone as well. Right now, that's the idea.
Yeah, so I was around once you get ten to fifteen thousand contacts, which I have more than that. Double that. You have to get a new phone. It's not it's not the it's not the WhatsApp. It's the phone can't handle the contacts of the WhatsApp. I mean, the the phone could be the best S24, S25 even doesn't exist yet, but it's just this the the WhatsApp can't handle the traffic of the Up to—
because it needs to keep track of each person.
Even my own.
What's a normal number that a business owner is listening, is like, okay, I need to build up my contacts to get to a certain place. What's a regular normal business owner that has a business doing $1 million a year revenue and he wants to use WhatsApp as a marketing channel, how many contacts should he really strive to have?
So contacts, so it's weird because—
2-way contacts where they save me and I save them. What's a normal thing for someone to have? What's a decent If you have—
I mean, if you're a smaller business going, you know, 300 to 500 views is like something, you know, just to have it.
When you say views, what does that mean?
Meaning on the status you can see views of how many people see it.
What's this thing status? Do people even use statuses? Hang on, do you use any status? Do you ever post a status on WhatsApp?
Status is like Instagram stories on WhatsApp.
Okay, okay, so you're putting a story up on WhatsApp, a status up on WhatsApp.
It leaks after 24 hours.
So when somebody puts a status, the average person has what? How many views?
The average person, maybe 100.
Maybe 100 views if they're lucky. But if somebody has 500 views on their business, they're doing well.
Oh no, no. Let's say, for example, a gifting or let's say a mechanic, right? He saves all his numbers. So in his industry, like 500 to 1,000 is considered good.
And mechanics will post stuff. They won't really do it often, but they should.
But they'll post mechanic stuff only. So like stick to the—
do you use a tool like Buffer or Hootsuite or one of these posting tools like you use with Instagram to post to WhatsApp, or WhatsApp you can only post from your phone? Let's say I want to hire a marketing agency to update my status for me. Is that a possibility?
You can't post— you can't post a status on WhatsApp Web. You need the phone.
You need the actual phone to post it.
And I know, I know, I tried it. WhatsApp doesn't like bots. If they think or smell it like maybe, maybe, maybe a bot, they'll ban you. Just like that. Okay. Okay.
So WhatsApp doesn't like bots.
No.
But I'm not talking about bots. I'm talking about, you know, the way that you can post something on LinkedIn or Facebook and you can schedule it out. Can you schedule out a status? Because you can schedule out a video.
I, I heard of one, but I think it, it, it got banned.
I heard of one program, but, but it's not a legit program that works with the WhatsApp API. No. Right.
And the, the API, what's the Meta thing? If you have it, you can't post status.
Okay. So if you have a WhatsApp account through Meta, through the meta.com, you don't think status works on that?
Or, or to Post on a community or group.
You can't post in a group and you can't post in a community if you have a proper business account through Meta.
Pretty sure.
Yeah. You can only just like API back and forth with people as messages.
Yeah. I think Spirit or something. I think Spirit American. Somebody, some one of the big—
Yeah. A lot of big companies do that. They use WhatsApp's API. Okay, cool. So you have a, you have a personal account with the personal app, and I was surprised you showed me that there are 2 separate apps. Can you talk about that?
Oh, so for iPhone, you can only have 2 numbers per phone, but for Samsung you can have up to 6 numbers per phone. You can do regular WhatsApp and Business, and then you could do parallel WhatsApp and Business, then you could do shelter WhatsApp. I don't recommend parallel, but just—
Okay, so we're gonna need tutorials on shelter, we're gonna need tutorials on parallel, we're gonna need to be able to see what all this is. But this is technology that allows you to run multiple WhatsApp numbers on a phone. But let's say a business owner doesn't need 17 numbers, they need a personal number and they need a business number. How do you run 2 WhatsApps on the same phone if it's a personal one and a business one.
Oh, so used to be up until a few months ago, Google Voice, free sign-up, takes 3 minutes, done. Now WhatsApp got smarter due to many people spamming and a lot of +92 numbers, a lot of people spamming people. They banned VoIP numbers, so you can't just get a Google Voice, you can't, you know, buy a number.
You can't just take any phone number, it has to be a phone number that's attached to a cell phone or something, a provider?
Provider. I just know of through Google Voice, through G Suite Google Voice, you— I know this works because I did it. $10 a month. I mean, used to be a dollar. I mean, it went from a dollar to $10 a month. It's a bit steep, but if you're locked in, you're locked in. All my phone numbers I did before are good. They can't take it from me. I hope not, unless I get that one tag. I'm scared of that moment. But it went from a dollar to $10, and it threw That through, uh, Google Voice, that works as far as I know.
Is there any other way to get a phone number that works, like, that's not a VoIP number?
You can go to a cheap— I mean, Walmart's cheap, uh, get the cheapest plan.
So if you get any cell phone, you can go buy a prepaid cell phone.
Yeah, the most important part is the text. The text has to work, and then the, the text code, you put it in WhatsApp and then it works. So you could like anyway, you know, scam or do other things that might just get a text, but And then, you know, let's say service or unservice. But if in years from now you you get a new phone or your phone crashes and you need to update your phone, if you can't get a text, you'll lose everything. So I don't.
Got it. You have to be able to get.
Yeah, I don't recommend playing with it. If you're planning on keeping things that much as your first your phone number, I don't recommend playing with it.
So if you have your primary mobile phone number, you have one for your personal, which is the personal app, and then you get another separate app called WhatsApp Business that a lot of people don't even know. I personally didn't know that you can have a separate app called WhatsApp Business. Can you talk about the difference between the 2 apps?
Yeah, when you— the first time you open up WhatsApp Business in your phone, I'm pretty sure the first question they ask you is, do you want to separate contacts? Meaning, do you want your regular WhatsApp, your regular contacts in your phone to move over, or do you want to keep it separate? That's a big decision you have to make. Do you want to keep business and personal separate, or do you want to keep it the same and just merge? Meaning—
What's recommended?
Depending. Well, if you plan on going really big, then I would do separate. But if you're planning on just doing maybe a couple of thousand contacts, then you can merge it.
What does really big mean?
10,000 plus.
10,000 plus contacts. Why does it matter if it's really big or not really big that you would merge it or not merge it?
You might just get confused. Or also, if you're planning on doing a business, do you want people to have your personal number or not?
So this isn't— will people know your personal number if you merge your contacts?
No, you're having 2 different apps. You're having a regular and a WhatsApp Business.
But they both pull from the same Google account.
The contacts.
But it's right.
The second, the second phone number you're texting them, you're texting them to hold up.
Right, that's fine.
They don't necessarily know it's you yet.
Correct, they don't know it's you. But where is it saving the contact from? It's pulling it as a saved contact.
From Gmail.
Right, but if it's pulling it from the same Gmail Google asks you, do you want to pull it from the same Gmail or do you want to pull it from another Gmail? Is that what it's asking you?
No, start a new one. Give them a new one.
A new Gmail?
Yeah, I have many.
Right, right, right, right. But I'm saying if you only have one Gmail, yeah, you only have one Gmail, that's not an option. You can't save it somewhere else, right?
I, I— you could save it on your phone, but I don't recommend it because your phone breaks, right?
Right, right, right, right. What, what you're saying is when you install the new app, it asks you, do you want to sync it with this Or do you want to sync it with another Google account?
Right, but it's really, it's a decision you have to make. Do you want to merge? Do you want to keep business and personal separate? That's really what you would— decision you have to make then and there or before you start.
Okay. All right. So let's just say you want to mix it. It's fine. You want to mix personal and leg. You want to have one contact list for both business and personal. That's totally fine. But you have 2 separate apps with 2 separate phone numbers.
Correct.
That's what you— do you recommend having 2 separate apps and 2 separate phone numbers? Or do you recommend only using one phone number?
Again, do you want to mix business and personal?
You want to have your personal WhatsApp for your family and friends, and then you want to have a business one that does automatic replies.
Yeah, because, right, because you can have, you know, sometimes people can message you, you know, let's say you're an air conditioning company, people can WhatsApp you at 3 AM. You don't necessarily want them to be messaging you, so you can— I think you can put on do not disturb on WhatsApp on your business, but on your WhatsApp you can't. You regularly leave it on.
Can you join groups from WhatsApp Business?
Yeah, same.
Can you send statuses from WhatsApp Business?
Oh, funny. Another question, interesting question. I didn't— I learned this the hard way. You could— I cannot figure— I cannot tell you why. You can only create a community through a personal number, not a business.
Yeah, I created a community. I have a community.
Because you're personal. Personal, yeah. A business can— I cannot figure out why. Because like if you have a big business, like let's say American Airlines, they want to make it— let's say, uh, let's say, uh, their own, let's say, airport. They want to make an airport, uh, you know, community, and it's a business. I don't understand.
Can multiple people have access to the same business account? If I have a secretary and I want her to use a business account?
Oh, so somebody asked that. So I knew they have a new update You can you can log in. Used to be I think two. I think I think just to WhatsApp web and your phone. Now you could you could um log into four different devices in the same number.
But how do you log in with the same number if you can't get a text? You have to verify it.
Yeah, you get a code. I mean, I don't know if I could I could show it. Okay, okay.
Well, but there's a way to do it with a code.
Yes, I showed you.
Oh, with the QR code.
Under that it says link. Link the number with the phone number, and then you get a code. And then you don't need it. You don't need a text for that.
You don't need a text for that.
You just need the the original phone number that it's on. It'll put a code. Meaning if I if you're you're the second phone, let's say you're the second phone. It would ask me for a code, and I'll give it to you. And then you and I would just put it. Yeah, that'll work. No text needed. Got it.
Got it. So when you're linking it, it links with a separate.
Yeah. Oh, globally. Literally being you know.
When I get someone in the Philippines. Literally logging into their phone with the same business, but you can't do that with a personal account. Personal account only opens up in one.
I think business, no.
Personal, no. Because I know when I try to install it on, let's say, my iPhone, it takes it away from the other phone.
One second, I could check now. One second.
This is so interesting. Learning how to use WhatsApp, learning how to use WhatsApp for Business, learning how to monetize it. Link with phone number.
I don't know if the thing can read this. Got it. Got it.
Yeah.
So same, the regular thing. Up to four. Actually, sorry. This is sorry. That's a business. You're right. One second.
No, but there gives you a QR code.
No, but that was that was a business. Yeah, same thing.
Yeah, same thing.
Okay. I've heard it up before.
Okay. All right. So it's interesting. So there's lots of ways to use WhatsApp. What are the most popular features in WhatsApp that you think people should get to know? So status, of course.
Status, of course. I personally love you know voice notes, but 1.5. I didn't know if you know 1.5x. 2x. Like, I—
there is voice notes and high speed. Okay, what else? What other features do you think that business owners should know about when they're using WhatsApp in order to market themselves, in order to grow their business? Do you recommend broadcast lists?
Broadcast, yes, but it's a little risky because I actually personally got banned once from WhatsApp from broadcast, so I don't do it anymore.
What does that mean? Why do you get—
meaning if too many people spam, mark you as spam, could be not doing anything wrong, even if they're in your contacts, even in your contacts, and And they message you, or let's say you remind them to do something, even though they message you first and you just— meaning, you know, you're annoying too many people at the same time and they mark you as spam at a very close time, I think it's 100 or 200 people, they will ban your number.
If 100 people say that you're a spam, your number is gone?
That's within about 2 to 3 hours.
And what happens when they ban your number?
You're blocked on your number and you have to reconsider and you have to email them. It could take 24 to 48 hours, or if people have gotten banned for life. I've gotten certain numbers.
Because of broadcast lists?
Not broadcast, from spamming, like people going into groups and literally messaging every single number. Hi, I see you're on this group, you know, you want to join my group? Or hi.
So how many people would you recommend messaging that you would stay below the limit? If how many people, like, do you recommend messaging new people every day?
No, I don't. In groups, I only do incoming. I don't message. I'm scared.
I I know. I know. But if somebody has a business account and they're in a business group with a bunch of customers, 25 less. None less than 25. So if someone does 25 a day, they're safe.
And not at the same time, like spread it out over the whole day.
Okay. So you want to you want to like say I'm gonna do maybe two or three per hour or something?
Yeah, very little.
But if you do 25 a day, you get that's a hundred hundred. That's five thousand a year.
It's not. Is that a lot? That's not a lot.
It's a lot. It's a lot of people for a business reaching out to 5,000 people a year one-on-one like that. That's a lot.
I mean, I would recommend going on not spam groups at all, but no legit groups.
Like, I have 1,000 CEOs in the group and they're all CEOs of multi-million dollar businesses. 1,000 of them.
So if you post on the group, then I'll post.
So I can post on the group, but I can see the members and message them and say, hey, I noticed your number on the group. I'm not sure if you You know who it is. So this is who I am. My name is first name, last name, email. I'm on LinkedIn. If you're on LinkedIn, I'd love to connect.
Spammy.
You're saying that's spammy?
I'm saying you want to get risked being banned?
No, but if the person mentioned something on the group, I would reply privately to them.
Yes, if you reply, great.
That's the way. I would reply privately. Because then they see it, it's relevant, it's context. So do that. Okay, so that's a strategy, reply privately. And then should you ask the person to save you on their phone? Is that a best practice?
Always. I mean, in the Jewish world, if you're in the WhatsApp world, it's automatic. Like, people—
I never even did that. I didn't know. I didn't even know that was a thing that you save the phone number.
100 grand on the table?
Just throw it on the floor. Just throw it on the floor.
I see the money.
Listen, listen. He's really upset when you don't save people's numbers because when you don't save their number, they can't see your status and you can't see their status. Is that true?
You told me you've been deleting numbers.
I delete numbers all the time.
You burn money?
Can I have it? I didn't know it was burning money to delete. I was just cleaning up. I don't recognize the people, so I just delete their number.
I wish I met you a year ago.
I had so many numbers. I had tens of thousands of numbers. I just threw them out.
Wow. It's like, it's like, oh, the bank. Oh, you're going to— you're literally going into the bank. Ah, I don't need it.
Wow.
Millions of dollars. I don't need it. Wow. Thank you.
Later. Okay, okay, okay. Because every number is worth money. It's worth— it's a contact, it's gold.
I mean, interesting. I buy groups. I bought all my competitors' statuses, groups. I love views. Views are valuable. The more views you have, the more you can charge for advertising.
Right, right, right, right. Okay, so you're in the advertising business. Do you recommend that business post on their status?
They know. Meaning if you're a mechanic, people know. So honestly, I think people will just get sick of you. Well, they just know. Like, if you're a mechanic, it's usually like family and friends, but like, it takes a very—
Should a business post on their status?
They should. Yes.
What are the types of things that they should post?
Like, let's say you're a restaurant. Post your pictures of your food. Post deals. Post your menus. Post your—
Will people— Could someone unsubscribe from a WhatsApp status?
Yeah. Delete the number.
You have to delete the number.
Or you could block. Or you could mute.
You could mute, and then you won't get the status notification. You won't get a notification.
You want to delete it completely.
So if I post and I see 50 people saw the status, did they all get notifications of my status?
Yeah.
In the status section, or did it came up on top?
It goes all the way on top.
No, but I'm saying, does it come up on the top where you know if you send a new message?
It goes by time. Whoever, like if you post, and then I post.
You know that when I send someone a message, it shows the notification notification bar, right?
Right.
When I post a status, does that come up?
Yeah, mine doesn't. Mine doesn't. It's there forever because everybody sees it.
Because everyone sees it.
Yeah, it's like glued to my phone.
How many statuses do you have going on right now?
Thousands. No, my— I mean, people on my phone?
Yeah.
Again, it's a two-way street, right? So if I have 9,000 contacts on this phone, so you have— it doesn't stop.
How many people are actually posting on their status?
Constantly.
Constantly.
On Saturday night, I literally like— I felt like my phone, like fighting with my phone. Like sometimes it would just There was so many other people posting at the same time that my post couldn't get out because you couldn't even—
I like, I turned off the traffications.
No, it's the people posting on the contacts. The other people on my phone means all my saved contacts, right?
But you can't— you can't block— can you like stop the notifications temporarily?
9,000 people? I have to do it.
No, no, no. Can you stop the notifications on your phone as like block notifications on your Not staticized.
You literally have to do it manually.
Got it. This is so interesting. Now, so broadcast lists, you said, yeah, it's not for everyone. Do you have strategies of how it should work or does work?
Do you have a lot of— a lot of, uh, do people do staticized? Yes. Meaningful Minute does that, uh, broadcast, and Torah Anytime does broadcast. That's if you sign up to them and they have a whole system.
You could sign up to a broadcast list. Yeah. How do you sign up to a broadcast list?
You request—
well, broadcasting is interesting because isn't it like a group you add people to privately?
Yeah, it's an interesting way, meaning people know it's a broadcast, but it looks like—
how do they know it's a broadcast? It doesn't look like a broadcast, right?
It doesn't look right.
When I receive it, it just looks— I sometimes, I sometimes make a broadcast list and I say, how are you, right? And I get a million replies.
It's— I think it's up to 2,000 or 1,000 members. It's a, it's a mass text in a way, but the 1,000 people, but privately. Yeah, but yeah, eventually—
On my side it shows a little flag next to it.
Oh yeah?
But when they receive it, they don't know. They don't—
Right, eventually they really— oh my God, you post the same time at 9 AM to me. I ain't stupid, I was born yesterday.
If you do it all the time, yeah.
They know also they realize they're broadcast. Like we like I thought I was special. I'm not.
I know a guy that sends me good shabbos every single Friday, and I always think, oh my gosh, it's so nice.
Nice.
It's so nice. He said good shabbos.
99 other people. Yeah.
But I don't know if it's 99 or 9,900.
Right, right. Yeah. It's it's usually also like the same time, the same day.
It's marketing.
It's marketing.
Yeah. So broadcast list is like having an email list and sending out an email, and some people appreciate it. Some people don't appreciate it. Correct. Just You know, what— how do you find out if someone likes it or doesn't like it?
They'll say stop.
Well, people will reply.
Or they'll block you.
So you just remove them from the WhatsApp list?
Oh, they don't know. No, they don't necessarily know. You won't know that I block you.
You won't know?
Uh, maybe one check.
One check. One check means block. Sometimes I send a message to somebody and it's one check, and then I send the message the next day and it's 2 checks.
Yeah, it could be that— that person could not have good service.
When you sent it, and then it just gets lost.
It doesn't.
Then it goes away. They never even got it. No, I'll get two two blue checks on the next one, and the first one still has one check still for them.
Oh, that's weird.
That never happens to you? You never seen that?
No, usually the the two checks come after.
No, no, no.
Same time.
You don't know. It's happened that I just had the one check still on the original one.
I don't know.
Maybe it gets lost in cyberspace or something. They never even got it. Do you recommend using the WhatsApp? client on Windows, like having like the, the, the actual WhatsApp on Windows?
WhatsApp Web?
Yeah, not WhatsApp Web. There's WhatsApp Web, which is in the browser, and then there's the actual Windows application, the WhatsApp Windows application. Are you familiar with that or not really?
Yeah, I do both.
You do WhatsApp Web and the application and the phone?
Yeah.
For the same number?
No, it'll crash.
What will crash?
My computer. My computer crashes from my From my WhatsApp traffic, it crashes my WhatsApp.
Crashes the browser?
No, just the WhatsApp. WhatsApp Web.
Okay, so there's 3 things. There's WhatsApp Phone, WhatsApp Web, which is a browser, and then there's a WhatsApp client, Windows client.
Yeah, I crashed both of those.
You crashed the client. But do you recommend business owners have a client?
Yeah, it's great.
Is there a separate client for business? Or just one client?
No, no, but it also— it's a lot bigger, you know, it's not like a phone, it's a lot bigger.
But on the phone there's 2 separate apps. On the computers there are 2 separate apps?
Yeah.
On the computer there's one.
No, you can do WhatsApp Web and there's literally an app on the Microsoft—
Right, I know, but the app on the Microsoft, is there a business one or a personal one?
No, only one. You just scan.
But on the phone you have features on WhatsApp Business that you don't have on the web client.
Yeah.
The autoresponder feature.
Yeah, no, no, yeah, the WhatsApp Web and they know if it's regular or business. Oh, so they do it. Yeah, like labels, for example. The labels are great.
Tell me about labels. What is this? I've heard people talk about labels before, but I don't quite understand. Is it a way to segment your contacts?
It's for you. Yeah, it's great. Let's say, let's say, um, you, you can, you can do leads. Like, let's say, let's say you post an ad or you say, hey, you post on your status, hey guys, I'm doing a crazy promotion, you know, buy one get one free on the pizza, on the pie pizza today. And everybody who mess— who messages you, hi, I want it, you can, you could, you could, um, either, either hold them, freeze them, or swipe to the right and you write label and write lead, or like buy one get one, and it stays there. They can do many. They can do—
okay, so what I would like to do is I would like to create a course, a structured course where people can actually see what we're talking about on Zoom. They log in and you show me, this is how you do labels, this is how you do This is how you set up a broadcast list. This is how you do your status. This is how you update your status. You said you can't update your status on your computer, but how do you update your status on your phone? I'm sure there are people that don't know how to even update their status. I know that you're looking at me like I'm crazy, but there are people that don't know how do you update your status and what do you put on your status. So I think that having a video like that, and people have asked, having a video like that, understanding how to manage contacts, understanding how to import contacts, understanding how to private message people, understanding how to reply to a message, how to join a group, how to find a group, how to share a group, how to create Create a group. I think that those things are important for business owners to know how to do. Do you think that it would be valuable to create a course like that?
Absolutely.
Okay.
I think also for the older generation, I think they're like trying to learn it, but it's just very, you know, it's not rocket science. Right. Just overwhelming.
There's a lot to learn. There's like, you know, let's say, let's say 10 videos, somebody would really know what to do.
Right. Well, like just an example, like groups and communities, like what do you want to do with this? No, they're not the same.
Okay, and we'll have to show people the difference. We'll create a community, we'll create a group, we'll show the difference, and so on. And we'll answer tons and tons of questions around how it works. Well, if you're interested, leave a comment below, let us know that you're interested in the course, and when it comes out, we'll let you know.
Super exciting. Boom!
How long was that?
I'm so excited.
