Here's what the right setup looks like in practice. A dedicated rinse bay, a concrete pad with a drain, a hose reel, and a standpipe positioned near the facility entrance so tenants rinse on the way in, not on the way out. Size it for the largest vehicle you're servicing. If you're storing a 40-foot Class A motorhome, the bay needs to accommodate the full length with room to maneuver the hose. Water pressure matters too. Low residential pressure is frustrating for tenants trying to rinse a 30-foot boat hull. Install a booster pump if you need to.
