John Kenny explains why people seek his coaching: they hit a breaking point where something feels wrong but they can't name it. They notice repeating patterns in relationships, a growing pain that pushes them toward change, and a persistent dissatisfaction they can't quite articulate.

Generally, people will contact me when they've reached their kind of tipping point or their breaking point, so that they can't or don't want to continue with, with how things are. So that they've either felt that they've had enough, that they know something's wrong but they're not quite sure what the wrong is, that they have realized that they keep doing things themselves maybe that are causing them to experience the same things over and over again, and they want to understand What is about them? Or alternatively, they're like, why does this keep happening to me? Why does this person keep doing this? Why do I keep meeting these types of people? But they keep experiencing the same thing over and over again because they know that they want something else. They know that something isn't quite right. And they want that change. Most people come unspecifically about what they want, but they know that there's something that needs to change because they've reached that pain point where they don't want to carry on the way things are.
