Hi, I read an article on LinkedIn this morning about how it's important to work authentically, aligning with your values and principles when you're at work to be able to get the most out of the job that you're doing. I work a lot with my clients on this issue about being your authentic self. It's not just about your work, it's also to do with your— all the relationships that you have too. So whether you're at work or whether you're thinking about your relationships and what you do in your life, if you don't align with your authenticity and your values and your principles, in your subconscious that will sit somewhere very uncomfortably for you, and you will find it difficult to live to the kind of level of contentment and happiness and fulfillment that you want. So it's really important if you don't think about this, where in your life are you actually your authentic self? Where Do your values and your principles align with the things that you do? Something to consider and to see where that sits with you in your life, and if necessary, what needs to be changed in order to make sure that you are more your authentic self. Thanks for watching, and I'll speak to you soon.
