Hello and welcome to the second part on how to create dating confidence. The next 5 are number 6, looking good. Don't worry about your external appearance, but dress to impress yourself. Number 7, practice listening. Active listening skills are great for any conversations in life. Number 8, be vulnerable. What I hear you say, you know, being vulnerable doesn't always revolve around getting hurt, so just try and change your perception of what being vulnerable is and be open. Uh, number 9, reflect on your past experiences. Do what worked, don't do what didn't work. Uh, and number 10, a longer and more thought-through experience here is to think about what you really want from somebody. That makes the signs more apparent if it's not there, and it also means you're more likely to attract the type of person that you want towards you in your life anyway. That's the 10 things. I hope you've taken something from this. Do get in touch if you want some coaching help.
