Hi, so yesterday I talked to you a little bit about happiness and how to create your own happiness and the things you could do in order to bring that kind of joy into your life. Today I just want to have a quick video about also allowing other kind of emotions in. I know it's a lot in the personal development world is about creating happiness, creating joy, Whenever you feel like it, changing your mindset. But sometimes we actually do need to sit with the negative stuff too. If we don't process our negative emotions, then they have a tendency to come and kick us up the backside whenever they feel like it. So it's important that you give yourself time to process things when they're not so good. It's okay to sit with negative emotions. It's okay to understand how you feel. But maybe just don't allow it to continue. So make sure you give yourself time. Don't be hard on yourself. Don't feel like you need to walk around with a smile on your face all the time, that your feelings maybe are not important and are not to be taken into consideration. Make that time for yourself. Make sure you process them. Make sure you deal with them in a way that you need to, and then you can move on. Then you can decide to change your mindset and be happy. Hope that's been helpful today, and I'll speak to you soon.
