Hi, so I had a few days off from making my videos due to family circumstances. We were talking about fear before I took my little break, so I'm just going to continue to talk about that today and just the acronyms that people use for fear. We talked about fear not being real and a concept in your mind, so the first acronym is False Evidence Appearing Real. And then we have a choice with fear as well. Something I read from Zig Ziglar: forget everything and run, or face everything and rise. Also, to remember that your brain can't tell the difference between fear and excitement. So what you could try next time you're feeling fearful is just tell yourself that you're excited and see if it changes how you're able to face up to your fear. But again, just remind yourself that it's not real. Thank you for watching, and I'll speak to you soon. Bye.
