Hi, so I'm just about to go into the gym, or should I say I'm just about to go into my garage and do a little bit of a workout. And I had a quick call from a client this morning who's really struggling with what she usually does with this self-sabotaging behaviour. She struggles with self-confidence and positive self-belief, and when that kicks in, she has a tendency to do things that then Stop her from living a positive and happy, happy day. So we just had a quick conversation about her affirmations. Now, affirmations are quite difficult things because although they really do work, if you don't believe what you're saying to yourself, it's quite hard for you to kind of say them and do them and feel that they resonate with you or mean anything. But your negative self-beliefs have just become a habit. They're just something you've told yourself over a continuous amount of time. So try some affirmations, positive affirmations, something that you can do, you will do, something positive that you are. Say that to yourself every day. If possible, say it in front of the mirror, say it out loud. In time, they will sink in, your brain will start to believe them, and you can change those negative thoughts that you have about yourself. So try that, have a great day, and I'll speak to you again soon.
