Hi, my name is Louise. I run two recruitment agencies, PropellerTech and Develocity, both focusing on the technology startup world. I discovered Para4, which was this referral platform, so there were more roles that I could start sharing with the candidates that I was working with. From what it was then to what it is today, it's a very, very different platform. It feels much more like a full recruitment lifecycle process rather than the referral platform that it was back when I first found it. I was a sole recruiter, and by starting to see the number of roles that come through on Paraform, it actually prompted me to even look at growing my team.
