People love the question of like, what do you want to do in 5 years? And as a recruiter, if you tell them you want to start a company, the amount of times I would feel like they would laugh at that answer was always funny. Hey, I'm Will, founder of Recruiting from Scratch, an entirely remote recruiting agency. A lot of people I worked with tend to discount what recruiters could do, and I wanted to build something that I think really emphasized recruiting. And I started Recruiting from Scratch. It was more of Starting a company, I mean, the owner of the Baltimore Ravens started a recruiting company. So like the upside can be massive of where you want to get to. I first heard about Paraform, I mean, initially Paraform had a few roles, but it was like the fees were pretty low, pretty low volume. I've seen a few other recruiting marketplaces and they're hit or miss. Really the biggest time was when we started working on Palantir as a client. That was the most hires we've gotten just in a month. And it was like significantly higher than any of them I've seen. Once, you know, we were able to kind of figure out how to work on the platform and with the team, like there's, there's major upside to it. Using Paraform now, it's one, just having roles instantly be able to be submitted. Like we don't have to onboard them, we don't need to work with them, especially with so many roles coming in every day. You know, there's times you may speak to a candidate last week and then a role that fits them really well comes in next week. Like the visibility and the detail that all of the roles have is like so much better, which I've not seen on any other platforms. It would be, I mean, entire teams you need to build out, of course, to, to bring on the amount of volume that Paraform does. So having all of this, you know, in place is like super helpful. It just makes the growth numbers I can have like significantly more than I would be able to do without that. It's at least 2x what we did last year. If things pick up, maybe we'll do 3x. As I mentioned, the platform is made to make recruiters money, so why would you not use it?
