Non-GMO soybeans hit 13 Brix nine days after a nutritional foliar spray, showing strong canopy health and root mass. Planted at 120,000 seeds per acre into crimped rye with one herbicide pass and cultivation, the crop is handling slight moisture stress well with rain forecast for the weekend.

I'm up to 13 bricks for the first time with these non-GMO beans planted on 30s at 120,000. Really good root mass with good nodulation. These were no-till into standing rye and then crimped, and then they've got one herbicide pass on them, basically to kill the rye and put down a residual for waterhemp, and then they were cultivated after that. So you can see where the cultivator went through. Still got quite a bit of rye straw on the ground and starting to lack for moisture a little bit, but calling for some moisture over the weekend. But really pretty happy with how these guys are looking for the middle of July for a 3-3 bean that's got a good amount of time to run yet.
