Super simple trick to gauge calcium in apples 😆

Good morning. It's pnw. Agronomist Ethan Darling. Rolled my ankle on that firm apple right there. You know, you can tell if it's got good calcium if when you step on they don't smush and you roll your ankle. So anyways, we're out here. It's a crispy fall morning in October. We're pulling our final SAP for the season, giving us idea of what we may want to apply post harvest here to set up the buds for next year. And yeah, it's a great day. Good color, good firmness, as I almost twisted my ankle there. So, yeah, couldn't be happier.
