Stop filming yourself just talking. Do something while you speak: gesture, move, demonstrate. It keeps viewers watching longer, helps the algorithm push your video further, and makes shooting more efficient.
Instead of just being a talking head, consider doing something else while you're making your point. You come across a lot more casually and you keep people's attention much longer. That's going to increase your watch time. The algorithm is going to give you a lot more reach. Besides, you get a lot more done when you're shooting social media videos.
