Hey, just started a new business and am in New York City walking the streets here, going on meetings, and it's fantastic. There's such an amazing buzz in the air here and activity. It's so different than Maine or Hawaii or even Los Angeles. But the business that I've started is a division of SocialTies, and it helps entrepreneurs and small businesses to accelerate their growth by posting on social media more effectively and frequently through the use of AI. So what used to take several hours to do in terms of creating videos now takes literally 5 minutes or less. So we have 9 clients, I think 10 maybe, 9 real estate agents and 1 architect, and just had a bunch of exciting meetings here. So it's all new and it's exciting, and I'll keep you updated here. Thanks.
