The speaker (Joni Patry) says Mars will be in the 11th house until January 20, causing disruptive, angry interactions with friends, social groups, or older siblings. After January 20, Mars retrogrades into the 10th house, bringing potential disruption and conflict around work, career, or bosses.

If your ascendant or your moon sign sits in Virgo, then Mars will be in your 11th house till January 20. And this means that, yeah, your friends are very disruptive and very angry, can attack you for come out of the blue with nothing that you expected, and even your social groups and people you hang with can be a problem. They're just not helpful and or if you have an older sibling, they can be a problem and very angry or argumentative at this time. So after January 20th, Mars is going to retrograde back into your 10th house, which tells me that there's going to be a lot of disruption around your work and your career where you're working. Maybe your boss is angry and perturbed with you.
