Joni Patry provides Vedic astrology predictions for November 1st, focusing on the new moon at 15° Libra. She interprets the new moon as a sign-seeking peace, justice, and balance, but notes tension because Venus (Libra's ruler) is poorly placed in Scorpio. She links the new moon's themes to the upcoming U.S. presidential elections on November 5th and expects events to culminate around that time.

November 1st, we have the new moon this day. And this New Moon sits 15 degrees of Libra and the moon coming together in Libra. This is a sign of trying to find peace, trying to find justice, trying to find balance. But of course, we know things are going to be completely of balance because we've got the presidential elections happening November 5th. So everything's leading up to this. But new moons represent something new. And something new is coming out of this new moon. And it's relative to the planet Venus, because Venus is rules Libra, so Venus rules peace. But Venus is not in a great position. It's in Scorpio.
