University of Vedic Astrology: New Start July 15

Hi, I'm Joni Petrie and welcome to my YouTube channel. Well, today I want to talk about the University of Vedic Astrology because we are starting a brand new first semester where I will be doing the live webinars starting July 15th. And if you go to the website, you'll see on the front page you can watch some of the testimonials by some of my students and their experience on the university website on the front page, which is universityofvedicastrology.com now so many people ask me how does it work? What's it all about? So I'm here to tell you. And the way that it works is there are six semesters and each semester, first five semesters actually have eight videos per semester and eight tests. Now you will be assigned a live tutor that will grade your tests and converse with you, answer your questions and help support you and inspire you. And then the sixth semester.

You'Ll be working with me. After you've learned all the principles that I teach in this course, then you're ready to start doing the work. And I'm going to give you assignments and charts to do and I'm going to ask you exact things that I want you to do in terms of prediction primarily and reading the chart. For example. Here are some of the examples I'm going to be giving you real charts of real people. One will be tell me when this person came into money and how and you have to tell me within a 10 year radius. Okay, next, tell me when this person, what this person's career or job should be according to their chart and when they came into an opportunity that they got this position, exciting position in a job. Tell me when that happened within a 10 year radius, plus the circumstances that surrounded it. You'll be able to do this once you graduate from the five semesters. The next thing that I have you do is health. This person died a particular day. Tell me what the weak area of their body was, what was it that caused their health problems. The next thing I'll have you do is marriage. This person got married. Tell me within a 10 year radius when they got married. And of course with all of these you have to come within a six month radius in order to get it right. And another problem to solve is if somebody came to you with an electional astrology and asked you to choose the best day for them to start their business. Yes, you're going to do that and you're going to explain why you chose that day astrologically so another one will Be on counseling this person had something happen on a particular day, how would you counsel them? What would you tell them to do? These are all in semester six and the last test is you do a real reading. Your tutor and I will assist. It will be on zoom. You will have a live person that you read a chart for. Then when you graduate you can become a tutor in grade test. Make a little money on the side with all of that. And while you are doing all of that, I inspire my graduates to not only teach and you learn through teaching, but to write articles for my magazine astrologic magazine.com not only that, now I'm broadening the university where my graduates, my tutors are now forming their own classes and semesters that people will want to purchase off of the university website. Another really great thing about being a graduate at UVA University of Vedic Astrology is you will be posted the website as a graduate with your website and all of your details in case somebody would like to get a reading from you. So this is big advertisement. I encourage and empower you to become an astrologer and give you all the tools, give you all the knowledge. But not only that, we set you up in business. As a matter of fact, right after my first semester begins, which will be July 15th and what I mean by the beginning, this is actually an all six self paced course. When I start with the first semester, what my webinars will be about is the information in the first semester. So I will be doing a live webinar every week. Usually I do them on Wednesdays because it's a Mercury day middle of the week. But here's the deal. Let me give you all these gory details. Now. I do four live webinars per semester, so it takes eight weeks. So it's every other week. But I'm actually doing a webinar every week because I'm doing different semesters each week. Like one Wednesday I'll do first semester, the next Wednesday I'll do the fourth semester because I'm just starting the fourth semester this same month. So my point is, if you're in the first semester you paid for the first semester you're invited to those webinars. Not the fourth semester, but if you pay for the whole university all up front, then you can watch any of the live videos I am doing and any time. And not only that, let's say a year from now, you weren't able to complete your first semester, but you, you still want to learn. Life got in the way. Every time I start over. You're welcome to come join in on the live webinars and you can continue your studies at any time. Come back, your tutor will help you two years from now, if you decide you want to pick it up again and you paid for it, you, you're welcome. More than welcome. So it's all the door is always open. But if you want to watch any video that you've paid for, in other words, you can watch the live any semester you paid for, you can watch the live webinars at any time. So it's actually self paced. But the reason why I'm saying I'm beginning is because that's when I'm going to be doing the live webinars. The live webinars are to inspire you, you to study. Because what we do, we come together on zoom. We all talk and we present information for current events. Makes it so much more interesting, which we're going to be talking. Of course, with the political stuff coming up, we'll be talking more about who you think, whether it's going to be Biden or Trump or whatever. We're all going to be looking at charts, seeing what's happening weekly in the news and applying astrology in such an interesting way. This is a very wonderful community. We have also a student forum that you can go on and talk to all the other students, share notes and interest. Another thing is we're going to start a book club that's going to be starting soon in July as well. So a lot of great events are all percolating. And the one I was going to say is one of my star students, Srikala Ram, I encouraged her to write a book. She wrote a book on Jaimini astrology and now she's got her own eight week semester that she's starting the week after. On Wednesday the first semester starts. So I am so thrilled and proud and want to encourage others to come up and be part of it. So in order to have your own platform to speak and teach on the UVA website, you have to be a graduate of the University of Vedic Astrology because everyone comes from the same understanding. But I encourage everyone to branch out. SRI is going to do Jamini. I'm hoping other people will take on the. The Drekanas, the Nakshatras. We've been talking about so many different classes that my tutors are working on at this time. So you see, it's a powerful community. And maybe again I can have conferences which I had two conferences where I bring everyone together and you get discounts if you're part of the university. But I knew not to have. Not to have a conference this year. I did know, never planned it. And it's a good thing because nobody's conferences are working out this year, as you well know. So I think I have given you most everything that is going to be happening with the university.

One more thing. When you take your test, let's say you got some wrong. You don't get a grade. You, you know what you get, you go back and you do the ones over again that you got wrong. That's all. You just keep going back. And when you're working with me in the sixth semester, when you get it wrong, I just send you back to the drawing board. No, you're close, but this is what. And I guide you. It's not like you're lost and you're not able to figure these things out. I am there to assist you every step of the way in your knowledge to better understand something as complicated as. As Vedic astrology. So the first semester is the beginning. Principles, we go through the aspects. Drishti, we go through the houses, the Bhavas, we go through the signs and then the nakshatras. That's all in the first semester. Second semester is all about prediction using the dashas, using the transits and the eclipses. The third semester is when we apply it all. Looking at the dispositors, looking at using it all and making predictions with charts. It's a wonderful experience. The fourth semester is going to be world prediction and how I make my predictions, how to look at all the transits and apply it to the world. Anne's charts. Whereas the fifth semester is very advanced. The fifth semester is about J Mini astrology. It's about the KP system. In astrology, it's about the Varsha fall chart which is the Vedic solar return chart and how to do chart rectification. Ooh, that's a tough one. That takes so much time. Chart rectification and figuring out the best day to do something. So electional Prashna. All of these things are in the fifth semester. And then. I told you, the sixth semester, you're working with me and you're doing the work. So I think I've given you a pretty good sum idea of what this university entails. And check it out.
