Hi, I'm Johnny Girardi. Let me tell you why we created advanced analytics by Dataself. Primarily is to address the needs of two main groups of people. First, decision makers. They need to have easy access to their key performance indicators anytime, anywhere without having to call others consultants and IT people. Second group of people is providing the IT people, the consultants, the data geeks with a platform that they can provide information to the decision makers securely, reliably, anytime and anywhere. Let's learn some of the features. The first one that is really empowering for decision makers is natural language query. This will allow decision makers to find answers to their questions by just using plain English. Just like in Google, if you type in a question and you articulate it correctly, you'll find the answer. Let's see some examples. Right now I'm inside of Acumatica in the data self natural language framework for sales analysis and now I want to know the sales by salesperson. I just type in the question, I confirm the option and we get instant accurate answer to my question. It's that easy. Now just like in Google, if you don't articulate your question correctly, you might get the wrong information. In this example when I look at the no sales by salesperson I see that the numbers are too high. And in my mind I was thinking to look at sales by salesperson in 2019 but the tool gave me the total company history. Aha. I realized my mistake. I fixed the question in 2019 confirm what I mean by that. And now the tool will filter my report and the tool give me accurate answer to my question. It's that amazing. I want to break it down now by month confirm the option and right there in 2019 by month I see sales by salesperson looking at trend lines. Beautiful. Now what if I want to see a different chart type? I can quickly change the chart type by choosing the options here such as bar chart or maybe I want to see the numbers by the penny. I choose tax table. The point is you just use natural language to get answers to your questions. I'm going to create a new sheet. Now let's find who My top 10 customers by sales in Q3 2019 word. I'm confirming the option and beautiful Right there. Instant accurate answer. I'm going to create a new sheet and in this example I'll see sales by state and guess what? I'm going to get a beautiful map where sales is represented by this color legend. Very insightful. Maybe I want to see trend year over year. So I type by year, confirm it at first when I see the answer it's confusing. But when I look at more closely I can actually see all the states are listed here and I can see sales in 2018 and 2019. So the data is here, but visually I cannot see the trends across the whole country. Fortunately, I can go back and change to a different chart type, let's say map again. And now I can see again easily in a beautiful format for both years how sales are changing from state to state. Natural Language Query uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to help decision makers find answer to their questions.
