When it comes to E Commerce, measuring the success of your organization is anything but simple. Calculating such metrics as conversion rate, client acquisition Cost and net Promoter Score are only a few of the KPIs you need to track. This dashboard shows how E Commerce data may be analyzed to reveal trends and truths about your business that you might not be aware of. The current metrics are based on our E Commerce activities for the current quarter. On the left side of this display are three big picture metrics that report on the overall health of your business, Net sales in dollars, units sold and average order value. A quick glance at any one of these charts will tell you all you need to know at the highest levels of analysis. Complementing these highest macro level charts are three more charts that enable you to begin the drill down process, starting with Sales by Channel, comparing the performance of direct versus Indirect sales. Next is Sales by License Type, showing you the critical balance between one time and subscription sales and this trio of drill down analytics is completed with a pie chart showing Sales by product type, in our case showing an overwhelming amount 72% of our sales coming from our footwear products. The middle column of this dashboard further continues our drill down here showing us two lists of ranked sales, the first being sales by product and the second being sales by customer. Again for the current quarter. You can choose to sort this data in any order you require. Lastly, over on the far right of this dashboard, you are given a peek into the performance of your web store, including shopping cart conversion and abandonment rates. We'll talk more about analyzing web store metrics in the video titled Google Analytics. And keep in mind, in the ever changing world of E commerce, these metrics are updated as often as you need, enabling you to adapt your E commerce strategies to changing market trends.
