The Sales Slicer is like Excel pivot tables on steroids. It's fast, easy and powerful. It can analyze data across your organization, sales, financial, inventory or otherwise. And with Data Cell's Auto Refresh feature, you're getting current data. No exports needed here. We're seeing Sales by item for a single year. Let's change that to all years. Hit apply and instantly see the updated results. But perhaps we want a month by month breakdown for a specific year. We'll start by choosing that year. We'll then go over to that selected year and expand it to see the updated results. Note that you can take similar steps to drill down by quarter week or even day. Now let's go back to our initial results and talk about ease of use. The default results show sales by item. Let's change that to be Sales by Salesperson. Note that this list is customizable. Data Self enables non technical users to find answers to their own questions and without calling on an analyst for help. For example, let's drill down by clicking on the plus sign in our first column. We can add a second drill down by default. This drill down is by customer and we'll leave that as is. But let's drill down even further. We'll click on the plus sign in the second column and select Item as our third level of drill down. We now see Sales by Salesperson, broken down by customer and then by item. And let's take it one step further. We'll add a key measurement to this report. Currently we're measuring sales, but let's add Gross profit percent the Sales Slicer is not just for simple analytics. By virtue of its power, ease of use and ability to be used anytime, anywhere from any device, it's the ideal tool for delivering the precise information you need to make the best possible business decisions.
