A Free, No Account, No Credit Card Required Text to Speech App?

In this video Jorge Fuentes Zapata introduces texttospeech.news, a free web‑based text‑to‑speech (TTS) application he built to replace paid services and reduce his tech‑stack costs. He explains that the tool works without requiring an account or credit‑card, offers multilingual voice output, and lets users upload PDFs (up to 100,000 characters) for audio playback. The interface includes language selection, a text box, and a play button; however, the app does not provide a direct audio‑download feature, so Jorge suggests using external recording software. He highlights the non‑intrusive bottom‑page advertisement, emphasizes data‑privacy (no account, no data collection), and encourages viewers to try the app, give feedback, and connect with him via LinkedIn, his website, and his YouTube channel.

Hey, what's going on? I'm Jorge Fuentes. Welcome to my channel. I built something new. Surprise, right? Like I just built something new today. Definitely do know that if this is your first time coming to my channel, do know that everything that I build, they're actual tools that I use on a daily basis to do things on my work, on my day-to-day, on my job and so on and so forth. Some of them are replicas of software that I used to pay for. And so what I'm doing is building the thing right? By coding it. And then with the help of AI, obviously. And then I'm just using that to do my work and so on and so forth. So that helps me lower my tech stack subscriptions, my tech stack depth. And it's pretty helpful. So today I want to show you a new tool that I just created. So remember that I created a speech-to-text app. Now I have created a text-to-speech app. And the only difference between the two is that there are different app. Because those 2 things, even though they seem to be, you know, the, like, 2 sides of the same coin, they really are. But if you use the same tool for both purposes, you can get a little bit overwhelmed, or at least that's what I found. So in this particular case, I actually created a different site for that web app. And you can start using it right now. So yeah, without further ado, let me show you what it is. And then try it out and let me know your thoughts. Thank you. All right. So we're going to go into our favorite browser. In this case, I open up Comet, and then we're going to type in and we're going to go to this URL called texttospeech.news, right? Just like that, texttospeech.news. And here we are. So now we're in our text-to-speech software. Do know a couple of things, right? You can actually select what language you're going to paste your text as, and then in this case, the app will, you know, just speak. And, you know, whatever you wrote will be, you'll be able to listen to it. And so this is useful for English, obviously, and all of these languages here. And also do know that you can, by the way, all of this is for free. You can upload your PDF here, right? And then you can listen to that PDF. Do know that the limit is 100,000 characters. So that's pretty, you know, Pretty awesome. And then, yeah, here are a couple more instructions in case you need a little bit of help understanding what, you know, how to use the tool. And then over here is just an ad that you can click on. So this is the sponsored section, and that's pretty much it. So, for example, let's try it out. I'm actually gonna try to do things. Let's actually just say hello. How are you? Right? And then let's let's try to add a comma there, and then we can just play it.
Hello. How are you? Hello, how are you?
And that's pretty much it. And now I can also, you know, clear it, right? And then I'm going to actually now upload my PDF here. I'm going to click on it and then I want it to read this PDF right here and then it will actually be extracting it and then I'll just play it.

No, you can't save your audio. But what I would recommend is that if you do have some type of recording, what's called software, you know, it could be Camtasia, it could be something for free that you find on the internet. If you have it on your computer, maybe even, you know, if you have a Mac, you might be able to do this just with the recorder, right? Any type of recorded, you can actually record the audio, right? Just because it doesn't have that capability, you would need to pay for that or create an account. But this is a no account, no credit card, absolutely free, for real free website and app that even the ads are so awesome. Like, this ad is beautiful and it's all the way at the bottom so it doesn't disrupt any of your whole experience here. And do make sure to connect with me here on my LinkedIn, visit my website, and then subscribe to my YouTube channel. You probably already did because you're awesome. And that's pretty much it. Let me know your Great, and that's pretty much it. So make sure to check out the app. It'll be linked below this video, obviously in the description. Let me know your thoughts. Test it out. Try it out. Do as much as you can and want with it. And there you go. It's for you to use absolutely free. As mentioned, you don't have to create an account, obviously. So that already makes it data-free. You don't have to give up any data. You also don't have Obviously, it says you don't create an account, you don't pay for nothing. I don't take no credit cards, no nothing. It's absolutely free. There's an ad all the way at the bottom that you, you know, it won't disrupt your experience at all. You can, you can not see it or see it, click on it and actually get the book that's in that ad. That is a pretty good book. I have it back there somewhere. So yeah, make sure to subscribe and let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
