Turn ChatGPT into your blog publisher...

In this tutorial Jorge Fuentes demonstrates how to turn a ChatGPT Plus subscription into an automated blog‑publishing agent for a SaaS product using the Lovable website builder as the CMS. He walks through the entire workflow: (1) creating a list of blog‑post titles with a manual prompt to retain title control, (2) configuring a scheduled task in ChatGPT that runs daily, (3) feeding the title list into the task, (4) having ChatGPT generate the article copy, embed hyperlinks, create a branded image, and publish the post on the Lovable site, (5) receiving the live URL back in the chat. He shows how to integrate Google Drive/Sheets for title storage, how to avoid duplicate posts, and how to set the task to run immediately and then every day at 9 AM (Merida time). The demo includes three separate SaaS products (No Login Timer, CRM for Kids, Quick Questions) each with its own publishing task, illustrating scalability. Jorge also hints at the next step—automating social‑media posting of the new blog URLs. The video emphasizes the ease of using ChatGPT’s plugins, the minimal manual effort required, and the potential to replace time‑consuming manual blogging with a fully automated daily workflow.

Hey, how's it going? This is Jorge Fuentes and welcome to my channel. I'm going to show you right now how to get ChatGPT with the $20 a month subscription to become a blog publishing agent for your business. Keep in mind that in our example, we're using Lovable as our CMS website backend builder, whatever you want to call it. So there's that, there's that aspect of it. And then the other portion is that yes, we're paying $20 a month for the ChatGPT Plus subscription. And there's just one manual step that in the video I decided to input because I want to have control over the titles of the blog articles that it creates. But you could, in theory, also automate that process. So what I'm going to show you is how to automate the process of not only having ChatGPT grab the approved blog article titles, but also generate the blog article with hyperlinks in it and also publish it on your blog on your website's blog and then share with you throughout the chat the live URL of that specific blog post. Check it out. All right. So today I'm going to show you how to create a blog publisher. Right. So what I mean is you'll notice that right here on my screen, I have a blog that is for a tool that I launched called a No Login Timer. Basically, it is a free, absolutely always free time tracker. You don't even need an account to start tracking your time, but you could create one in order to save your timesheets. And there is a paid version for it, but you can actually see here the pricing. It's only $9.99 a month if you decide to do that, but it's just fantastic. It's a fantastic tool. Now, I don't have the time right now to basically publish blogs. On it. I really want to get my blog publishing going on with this. So I've only published 4 blogs, actually. I wish it had been 5, but only 4 blogs in the last many months. I don't know how many since May. So this is horrible. This is awful. This is not me practicing what I preach. So I'm going to show you today how to get ChatGPT to do this for you very easily. Amazingly. So the first thing you're going to need is One, the No Login Timer is actually a Lovable website, right? It's a Lovable app. So I created it on Lovable. So you'll notice right here on the left, we have Lovable. Make sure that that's how you create websites now, right? Like, don't— I mean, it's great if you can, if you still want to learn WordPress, if you still want to do and learn CMS and code your way into a great website, that's great. But Look what I did with only actually 100 messages within Lovable, which is still not easy, by the way. I gave it context. I showed it exactly what I wanted, and it can actually do it. But I'm telling you right now that there's a new way to create websites. So that's basically it. Right. And that are pretty nice. Right. Yeah. So start using Lovable. That's the first thing. So you're going to have to use Lovable. And the other thing is that you're going to have to have a ChatGPT Plus subscription. So the $20 a month at least. And so let's actually leverage it for that specifically. Right? So what I'm going to do here is going to— I'm going to go into the first thing I want to do. The first thing I want to do is I'm going to grab the No Login Timer website. Right? I want to have ChatGPT, and I'm going to schedule a task first. Right? So I'm going to create— I'm going to go open ChatGPT on the left-hand side. I'm going to go to Scheduled here in order to create a task. Right. And then I'm going to hit Create on the top right. Now, this is a default message, which is fantastic. Let's set up a scheduled task together. First, explain how scheduled tasks work in ChatGPT, then interview me to figure out what I need to schedule and when it should run. So I'm just going to let it know. I'm just going to ask it to ask me what I want. Right. Before that, by the way, before we actually do that, I want to use ChatGPT for one thing. And this is going to be the only manual thing that I want to do because I want to have control over the titles of the blog articles that it's going to create for me. Right. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go into another chat here. Right? And then I'm going to tell it, hey, based on my app's website, and I'm going to put it in nologintimer.com, can you please come up with a list of 15 blog articles that you can— well, not that you can, that would be be a great fit for it. I'm just going to ask it that very simply. I just want the blog articles, the titles. I forgot to say that. So I'm actually just going to have it do that. Let's see what it does. It probably would understand, yes, the context behind me telling it to do the blog articles. Right. Like, I don't want it to do the whole articles right now. I would like it to just give me the blog titles, but I forgot to put titles there. So sorry about that. Let's wait for it. Let's give it a couple seconds because it's already working for about 32 seconds. This is great, by the way. This is going to be so great. And by the way, the only reason I'm doing it this way, because you could go another way, which I might show you if you want, right? This would be that you actually have it created here. Then add new with a task, add new titles to like a spreadsheet or Google Doc in your Drive. And since you have Drive integrated, you could always be calling the new ideas, right? But I'm actually just going to go with these, right? So for this purpose, I'm only going to grab a couple of them, not all of them. Let's actually see. I think all of them are actually fine. So how to track freelance hours without creating an account, best simple tracking system, how to create professional time Sheet. Okay, let's say that I like all of them. By the way, my ChatGPT actually knows a lot about me and about my projects. So it actually came up with really good titles, right? So these will be the titles. Then what I'm going to do is go back to my chat with ChatGPT, set up scheduled tasks, right? And I'm going to paste in my titles before I tell it to do anything. I'm going to go into one of my tasks called CRM for Kids because I already have this for another website called crmforkids.com, right? And so I'm just going to grab the first prompt I did, right? And I'm literally just going to be doing this. So AC lovable. And I'm going to go back to my task now and I'm going to just do that for bid. There we go. And I'm going to put that in, right? And so instead of this, I'm going to change this for the no login timer, obviously. And then I'm going to input the project. In this case, it's called no login timer. This is the site. And then let me actually just go back and grab my URL just so we don't err on that thing. So let's actually do that. This is the site. So, hey, see, so I'd like ChatGPT to use Lovable to create and publish a new blog article every day, every day on the No Login Timer project. This is the site. So it should be published to its blog along with the article image and the live URL. Titles it should grab from are the following. And if at some point has done all of them, please notify me in this chat. So it's going to notify me that If any of them are duplicates, right? And it won't post it. Actually, no. Sorry. It will notify me whenever we delete the whole titles, right? Sorry. I was reading a second line there. Sometimes my yeah, my brain thinks faster than than I can speak. So let's see. Note: I removed some that are already live. This may not be needed. Needed. To ensure that a duplicate blog does not exist. And there we go. So it's actually going to do these 15. Now, one quick thing though, I want to make sure we just have— the only thing I have integrated here is Lovable, right? So I'm essentially just telling it to be able to post. Now I'm going to follow up. It's going to follow up on the timing of the posts, right? If it doesn't, I'm going to let it know. But it actually is smart enough to just ask me the things that it will need. Right? So there we go. Yes, it's checking stuff. Right? So what I'm telling you is this. Right? Like, right now with this thing, you're gonna have— and actually, I have 2 others running, like a blog publisher for CRM for Kids, one for quick questions. But just because the site is built on Lovable and ChatGPT has Great access to it, right? It can actually do this for us recurrently. So now one detail remains for a create task. Exactly this. I told you it was going to ask me this. Great. Please run it at let's actually do nine a.m. Merida. Oh yes, America Merida. Every day, but also do a first run right now so that you can see how it works. And now, by the way, how does it have Lovable, right? Like, how does it have it in the context there? You can actually see here, if I do more, we can actually see Lovable here because that's where I integrated that. So that is in the plugins area, right? So if you'd go to the plugins area, You would actually be able to install anything new. You would click add here, either create a plugin. Actually, that's not what you would click. You would actually just go ahead and look for the plugin if it exists. Right. So for example, I had WhisperFlow. Right. Actually, let's do one that is not there. So Wistia. Right. And you would click here. And then once it installs, right, you would have to sign into your Wistia account and then it would prompt you back to ChatGPT and then you would connect that. So that's how we get there. But the first thing is your website is built on Lovable. You tie Lovable that way, the way we just showed into ChatGPT. And then you ask it, you give it the context, right? Especially I got the blog article titles here because I wanted to see what it would do. But if you trust it enough to actually just think for you on the blog title side of things, you actually could just literally prompt it on another task to recurrently come up with new titles and add them to a spreadsheet, right? If you integrate it with Google Sheets or Google Drive, and then you could have this task call it, like, call that specific spreadsheet by basically doing the add and then spreadsheets, right? Well, actually, you actually do Drive so that you could actually tell it which doc, right? If it's a Google Drive doc, a Google Sheet, and then you're off to the races, right? So right now it's actually doing this thing here. It's going to create a daily 9:00 AM task in this chat, then run today's first publication immediately. Workflow will proceed through the list in order and so on and so forth. Project already contains name, how to track. So the first request topic may be a duplicate. I'm having Lombo inspect the actual article content and skip to the first genuinely unused topic rather than publishing a near copy. So this is great. So now All you have to do, guess what it is? You're gonna just have to sit back and wait because right now you have a copywriter that's gonna be doing work on a daily basis. Congratulations, right? Like, and I definitely have 3. So I have like Serum for Kids here and Quick Questions is actually publishing one right now. So this is fantastic because I had a 10 AM. So, so this is great. Like, like literally while I'm showing you how to do this. This other task is already rocking and rolling, right? So that's great. So now what I'm going to do is rename my task, right? This is just for naming conventions. So I'm actually going to do no login timer and I'm going to input that thingy there and then I'm going to call it blog publisher because this actually takes care of the whole thing from end to end. So it not only creates the comes up with the title as we saw, like, and we give it what titles to use, at least the first 15. But it also is coming up with a copy, and then it's gonna do an image, and then it's gonna publish it live, and it, and then you're gonna be able to share it anywhere. Right? So that's basically how it works. Let's actually, if you want, if you want, I'm gonna, let's actually go there. I'm not afraid. Let's go. I'm gonna show you how this works. Right? So you can actually hear, I'm in Lovable, and it's doing it. Right? So I'm not doing anything. I haven't even clicked the chat. I have my hands here. I haven't even clicked the chat thingy with the mouse. So definitely let's just wait for it to do that. And I'm actually gonna pretend, you know, I'm not even— I don't even need to be logged into Lovable on my end because this thing is already logged in. That's how these connectors work, obviously. But I'm showing you a very practical way to use it. So let's actually wait just a tiny little bit. So I'm resuming the video here because I want you to see this, right? Like, it already created the daily no login timer block task, right? And then it completed the first run on Lovable. So while it does take a little bit of time, obviously, I would assume that I would not be spending the time just waiting for it to do stuff. Like, I would actually maybe do other stuff on my end, maybe. Not sure. Maybe doom scroll on socials or something. But let's actually see here. Production appointment has been accepted and is currently propagating. So this is fantastic because look what it's going to do right now. It's actually going to share it. I hope it's going to share it with me because that's what I prompted the other ones to do. So let's actually take a look at that. Alright. So now on my end, I'm gonna pin this chat, by the way. You can actually see here that I have 3 blog publishers for my 3 SaaS products that I actually wanna try to generate awareness for. Obviously, they all have a free version. They're great. By the way, let me— while it loads, I'm gonna tell you Oh, it loaded. So let me actually just show you this right here. So I'm just going to open this. You can actually see it and it's live and it's beautiful, by the way. So the image follows the branding. What counts as available hour? Look at this. This is pretty dope, right? And then you can start using it. Common mistakes that cost you money. How long in time you had those available hours. Then it also has this other CTA and then some FAQs and final thoughts, and then you can still open the no login timer. And, and I didn't do anything. Well, I kind of did, but it helped me. So I hope you find this useful. Right now, actually, and the other task just finished, which is fantastic. So how to embed a survey in WordPress is now a thing as well on the quick questions side of things. So these are all these 3 SaaS software already now have— they now have a daily agent, ChatGPT agent, but a daily worker, I'm gonna call it, publishing, not only crafting the blog post or doing the copy for it, implementing it on the, on the actual site, building it, publishing it, and sharing the thing live with me. The next level of this is gonna be me creating a social poster. So I'm gonna do that Next on another video, I'm going to show you how to do that. But basically what that one's going to do, it is going to take the URL from one of these published blog posts and publish it on the LinkedIn company page of their respective SaaS product. But for now, thank you so much for watching this. I really appreciate if you made it to the end. As you can actually see, if we go to No Longer a Timer now and go to blog, we actually refresh and we have this new blog article published here just like we showed in the video. Let me know if you have any questions and if you do run into any issues trying to do these connections, trying to leverage it, let me know in, in the comments. Thank you.
