We're going to go to CRM4Kids.com and then we're going to go to the login button and then we're going to type in our email and our password and we're going to click on login. Now we're in the parent dashboard. In this dashboard, you'll notice that we have some information icons that tell us exactly what this is about. This is your control center as parent from where you can see your plan status and manage billing for your subscriptions, open the kid-friendly CRM for your children to explore, which is a playground, And/or create usernames and passwords so your kids can log into the playground on their own. Keep in mind that the first steps you got to take are outlined right here. You got to create a kid account, set up a username and a password for your child below. You can create missions. These are not mandatory, but you could create them before actually having your kid log into the playground. Missions essentially are those that you can assign to your children so they can play, learn, and sell. And once they complete them, they get counted in the mission progress section of the dashboard. Furthermore, here's where you would log into the Playground right here. It is the Open Playground button. And do know that on the left, you got the free trial section. You know how many days you have remaining in your trial. The Playground also is explained right here and then the kit accounts. And then furthermore, if you wish to subscribe before the trial ends or upon the completion of your free trial, you can do so for $39.99 per month. And furthermore, once you have an active subscription, you will be able to add some add-ons such as unlimited missions, extra kid slots, by the way, at $10 a month per kid, and unlimited friends or contacts within their own CRM. Do know that right now there's a limit to 100 plus the 5 that are default created within the playground. And you can remove this limit for $99.99 a month. And you can also upgrade the, by the way, the unlimited missions per month. And that's pretty much it. Now, if we go below to the kid accounts, here's where we would create a kid account. So let's go ahead and do that. I'm going to click Add Kid. I'm going to call this kid Elena. And then her username is going to be Elena2026. And the password— this is, by the way, all within your own playground. So I'll just create a password for Elena. And then I'm going to save it. Now I have 2 kids. As you can see, one is Jorge and the other would be Elena in this case. And these are the missions that have been completed by which assignee. By which kid. And then this is their progress right here. Do know that the mission progress, we have different badge tiers. For example, the Explorer is whenever they complete their first mission. The Captain is when they complete 10 missions. Hero when they complete 50 missions and Sage when they complete 100 missions or more. And do know that you can export this as a PDF in order to track reports and results. And that is pretty much it. Now let's actually dive right into the platform. So let's scroll up and open the playground. We're going to log in with Elena's username, the one that we created. So in this case, Elena 2026, and then I'll type in her password. And by the way, the kid login is different from your parent or dashboard login, essentially because the kid login is only available within your playground, within the— sorry, within the parent dashboard in the playground button. And let's actually— let's go. And as you can see right now, we're in the interface. So for example, here are the default contacts that are created or on all portals. We can then add— as you can see, we have different things that we can do on the contact, such as calling them, emailing them, or looking at their information. The same can be done for all of these. And then we can add a new friend. So a new contact, and we can, let's say, Bob. And then I'll do bob@email.com, and then the number, and then add a contact. And then Bob is now part of my database. Now I'm going to go to Bonnie right here. And here's where we have some default deals and products that have been added to certain contacts. But let's actually add a new money right here. And I'm going to say rainbow stickers and let's apply them to our newly created contact called Bob. So I'm going to add that deal. Now that deal is reflected here in the money or deal section and also within the contact section. If we go to Bob, I'm going to display more info. And as you can see, the orders that we have from Bob are rainbow stickers. And now similarly, we have the marketing section where There is a quick information icon here that tells us what it's about. But basically you can send some blasts. These are all pre templated. No need to do anything except click on it and then send it to, for example, Bob. And then that's pretty much it. And then that blast has been sent. The same with the other special deal that's sent to Daisy Bloom. And do know that, for example, we have the thank you template, which and all of these can be sent to everybody at the same time if we'd like to. And that's pretty much it for the marketing section. If we go back to marketing and then go to forms, we can also add this, let's say, intake form anywhere on— well, actually within our prebuilt website. Right. So I'm actually going to add a different question right here. Let's say, how are you? Let's just do that like that. And then we can add to store. And now we can also do a preview where we can take a look at the form. And add more questions to the form. Now on the left, I'm going to go to Store. And do know that this store is also based off of the type of business we select below. So I'm going to go below. And on the left-hand side, you'll notice we have my business type is either a store or a service. And based on that, the mini website changes. And this is all templated. The only thing that changed and we can customize is the form. Everything else is already prebuilt. And then we have a dashboard where we can take a look at all of these are made up numbers, but basically it gives us a dashboard on the health of the theoretical business. And now if we go back to the CRM section, we can go to missions right here. And here is where the completed missions would be seen or anything that's already assigned. Now let's actually close out of here and let's go back to the parent dashboard. And now what I'm going to do is add a mission. So I'm going to scroll below and assign a mission to the kid, in this case Elena. And then I'm going to choose the very first mission on the on the platform, and I'm just gonna assign that mission to her. And then now, as you can see, Elaine is on the, on the, on the dashboard here, but she hasn't completed her mission. So now what she has to do is open the playground again and then re-login. And then let's go. And then as you can see, this widget popped up on the right-hand side. So we have the mission and it is to do this, right? Go to the contacts, add a friend, make this friend named Jesse with this email and this phone number. So I'm actually just going to grab and copy and paste this right here and then go to Bunny, add a new deal, rainbow stickers, and associate to Jesse. So for example, I'm going to add a friend right here and their name has to be Jesse and their email has to be this email. And then her phone number is this right here, 555-000, and then we add the contact. And as you can see, we completed those tasks, got auto-completed on the top right. And then now we just have to go to money. And then it seems we have to click on create a new deal and associate the rainbow stickers to that purchase from Jesse. So I'm going to add a new money right here and then rainbow stickers. And then I'm going to click on Jesse and then I'm going to add a deal and the mission is now complete. And we can see that on the left. on their missions. And furthermore, if we go back to our parent dashboard, I'm going to just refresh right here very quickly. We're going to scroll all the way down and we can see that Elena just completed her mission and does have now the badge of Explorer. Keep in mind that these are all of the badge tiers that we have: Explorer, Captain, Hero, or Sage, based on the amount of missions completed. And that is pretty much it. Do know that there are several add-ons we can add. As we mentioned, we can subscribe to the paid version. If we're still on the free trial, the free trial, do know that has It has a limit of 15 missions in total for the whole portal, but we can unlock unlimited amounts of missions for $199 a month. And now do know that if we go to settings right here, we can basically change anything pertaining to our account, such as turning off the interactive sounds, change our password, manage subscription and billing, and/or contact our support team. And that's pretty much it. If you do have any questions, feel free to reach out.
