So let's dive right into it. We want to create a professional email that is like ourdomain.com and then send out emails from there, right? You will have gone through, yes, maybe Microsoft Outlook or that Office 365 thing, Gmail, the G Suite, et cetera. But all of those are expensive. We want something that is essentially 100% free, at least on the email side of things. So let's actually go there, right? So the way we would do it is go to Zoho. I'm going to link this. In the description of this YouTube video. So don't worry about where you're going to find that link. You're going to go into this link and then over here we're going to scroll all the way down. Right. So we don't want to deal with anything that's above here. We want to go all the way down and you see where it says free forever plan, like forever free plan. We're going to sign up now. And so what that's going to do is going to give us our free corporate account or business account. Right. So I'm actually just going to put my name here and I'm going to fill in my email address here. I'm just going to use a quick Um, uh, what's it called, like a free Outlook account here that I just created. And then, oh, it seems it already is taken. Let me actually use something else. So let's do that, and then we'll just create a quick password here in order for us to get there. And that's pretty much it. I'll agree to the terms. Oh, I'll just add that quick special character to it and agree to the terms of service and sign up. Right. So now here's— oh, it asks me for a quick caption. So I'm just going to fill that in in this case. And then that should get us ready. So let's actually sign up now for this. And I'm actually just going to go verify my OTP. And that's it. Right. So I got that via the email that I just signed up with. Do know that you don't need to sign up with an actual uh, real corporate email yet, you're gonna build it, right? So in this case, I just created that account for that email, and now I'm going to add an existing domain. And here is where another part comes in. You definitely can do one thing, right, which is buy a domain through Soho, right, and register with them, right? Or the way I do it is actually buy something on Namecheap, right, namecheap.com, and then from there, uh, add the domain, right? So I do already have a domain, but do know that this is the only part where you'll actually have to purchase something. If you already have your business domain, like, you know, yourbusiness.com, etc., you're, uh, in good hands now. You can actually just go ahead and do that in the DNS records. You might do like— it might be in GoDaddy, might be Namecheap, might be somewhere else. Mine is in Namecheap, right? So I'm just going to go to Namecheap right here. I'm in my Namecheap account and I will go to my domain list and go to my domain. In this case, I'm going to do the email for quickcbbuilder.com, which is a domain that I own. And then I'm just going to proceed to go to the advanced DNS section right here. And then I'm going to start adding records up next. I'm just going to go back to the tab for Zoho and I'm going to add now. Right. And so definitely I want to grab, go back to Namecheap, grab my domain, put it in there. I'll place it in there as well. I'll just take care of the spaces here and then I'll just do media and entertainment for now in the industry type. And I'll add now the domain. And yes. So now I'll proceed to verify it. Right. So we're almost there. But here comes actually the bulk of the work. Right. So I'm actually just going to add— the first thing I got to do is add a TXT record. So I'm actually just going to copy the content of that record. I'm going to go back to my DNS. And in this section, if you're using Namecheap, you'll go here, add a new record, and it has to be a TXT record. And then you'll just add the host as the symbol there. And then I'm just going to add in the value and going to click saving changes. And then that should update it. Right. So now I'm going to refresh the page to make sure that that was Added and it is there, right? So it is right here, the verification code from Soho. And then over here I come back and I verify the text record. Do keep in mind this might take a little while, so we'll just come back to it when it's done. And it seems that it's ready now. So I'm actually— yes, now I verified my domain ownership. And then what I'm going to do is do my email address. In this case, yes, I'll leave it as jorge@quickcvbuilder.com and then I'll just create that email. Do know that that can be personalized, but this is just going to be the very first email. Now, SoHo Free Forever plan. This plan allows for up to 5 users. So that's great if you just need one for yourself and maybe one for like a type of webmaster for your business that might be contact@quickcpbuilder.com or yourbusiness.com. Definitely do know that that's one thing you can do. Right. And so now I'll just proceed with mine and then do know that we still got to do a couple of things. So I'll proceed to set up groups and then I won't do anything here. I'll just go back to I'll just skip to proceed to DNS mapping. Right. So here is where the nitty gritty comes in. And there are steps to take depending on whether you're using Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc. It might vary. But in Namecheap, this is how we will do it. Right. So the first thing I want to do is actually map out these 2 at the bottom. So not going in the order here. I actually want to leave these 3 last and I'll show you why. So basically here I'm actually going to add the SPF record first, which is a record type of text. And then this is the host and then this is the SPF value. Right. So in this case, I'm just going to grab the combined SPF value here and I'm going to add it. Right. So I'm going to go back to the settings here on Namecheap and then I'm going to add a new record. It's going to be a TXT record. I'm going to add the host as the and then the value there of the combined SPF record. And I'll just save the changes. Right. And then I'll add a new record. But in this case, it's not going to be the SPF. It's going to be the DKIM. And so this is going to be the host and this is going to be the value. So I'm actually going to copy the host first. I'm going to go back to the DNS, add a new record, the TXT record, add it in the host, and definitely go back to it and grab now the value and then copy the value here. And then we're just going to save the changes there. Okay. And so I just go back here and now I do want to add my MX records. Right. So in this case, I'm just going to go and proceed to do that. I would grab the first one and do know that here is where the priority section over here on the right-hand side does come in handy. Right. So let's do that. And this is not going to be mapped out at the top here. That's going to be mapped out at the bottom here where it says email settings. And so do know that that's why we made that differentiation to start first with the last 2 records and then add the MX records afterwards. I'm actually going to choose email forwarding. And then instead of email forwarding here, I'm just going to do custom MX. Right. And below, here's where we're going to start adding those MX records out. Right. So definitely I'll do host. And do the first one and then priority 10, right? As you can see, my Chrome already saved that because I've been doing this for a while now. So let's actually now add the second record. Add. And it'll be the number 2 and then definitely number 20. And then here. And then this is not really intuitive. Do know that now what we'll be prompted to do when we add the next record, which is going to be the number 3. So add and then 3 records here. 3 Zoho. We actually have to set a priority of 50, not of 30. And so now we'll just save the changes. And so this is now ready. Now we have added our MX records, our SPF records, and our DKIM records. So let's actually just do a quick refresh here just to make sure that they're still there. So perfect. Yes, the 2 records are here, 3 records there. And now we come back to the Zoho Mail and then we click below where it says verify all the records. And there we go. That's about all that we need to do. As you can see, it has a green light now. And I'll just proceed to email migration. We won't really do it in this video. You don't really need it if it's your first business email. So I'm actually just going to skip that. I'm going to proceed to go mobile. And this is just for you to download the mobile app in case you don't have it. Click here, install it on your phone. And then below, we'll just proceed to setup completion. And that's it. Now we have an inbox. We have a business inbox. Now that is all that we need to do. And it is functional. And the way I'm going to test that it's functional is by sending myself an email and then reply to an email, which is just really going to confirm that the inbox works. So I'm actually going to go to the Check Out Your Inbox button here. And by the way, now you'll actually be able to sign in with just your email. And so that's— yep, you now have an email that is yourbusiness.com. And definitely that is great. So I'm actually going to send myself an email just so that you can see that This is fully functional. And so it'll come from me. And then the subject will be Testing 1234. Right. I'll just do that as well in the copy here in the body of the email. And then I'm going to send it to myself. So I'm actually going to use my email address. And then so let me just spell that correctly. Zapata. There we go. And that's pretty much it. So I'm just going to add it and then if you want, we can even test an attachment out. Right. So let's test that out. So I just actually added an image here. Right. That should come through in the email. Right. So that's going to for sure let us know that the email is fully functional, fully working, because it'll come through with an image. Right. So let's actually send it. And that's our email sent. And so you look at it here in the sending, in the sent section, it is a sent email. But now let's actually verify that on the actual jorge@fuenteszapata.com email, which is the recipient. And as you can see, the count just went up. So that should be our email. So let's go back here and then yes, look at that testing123 email just came through and with the attached image. So I can actually see the image. There we go. It's of a t-shirt, etc. And that's pretty much all that we need. So yeah, make sure to subscribe for more tips like this and definitely do now if you've done this process right now, do know that now you have your Zoho Mail set up. Your business email good to go, and your, your website, and as well as your business, will now look even more professional than it is now. Thank you.
