There are a million different ways to hire people nowadays. You can go to online job boards, career websites, social media. You can use professional networks. You can use recruitment agencies that can charge anywhere from 10% to 50% of the first year of salary. You can go to universities and colleges. We used to always work with Okanagan College and the University of British Columbia because we would bring in computer science students to help us and the government would actually give us grants for that. You can use any of these, but ideally you're going to pick two or three of where you're going to find your ideal candidate. Oftentimes, if you're hiring for a VP or senior role, you're probably going to want to poach someone. So I'm just going to throw that out there. That's personally how I feel about it.
