Hiring is going to be one of the most critical things in your business. You need to create a job description. We have another template for this as well. Position department, who do they report to? What location are they in, Position type, salary range. You'll want to find out what their education is if that matters to you. How much experience they have, what are their skills, what certifications do they have Any other requirements that might be important to you? One of the things that I really like that Mindvalley used to do is they had to create a three minute video for for the company to get hired. It was a non negotiable. You were not getting even past the first stage if you didn't submit a video. Just a couple of notes. You can customize this template. Ensure that it reflects your company and cultural values. Be clear and concise. You don't want it to be complicated filled with words. You really do want these things to be as simple as possible.
