Hi everybody, how are you doing today? This is a very sunny morning here in Canada and we are very excited to have this kind of a sun. This yesterday it rained again cats and dogs in, in the evening, like there was thunderstorm and, um, just like Calcutta. So that happens only very, very like rarely, once or twice a year, in— because this is a temperate zone, don't ever forget that. So it is not a tropical climate like in India. So, um, or, or any parts of the near the equator, the tropical cancer, uh, Tropic of Cancer region. So it is slightly, um, you know, obviously it is, uh, much more dry and arid, this place. So there's not much humidity to form so much of thunderclouds, and as a result, we don't have so much of thunderclouds and rainfall. But yesterday, actually, there was a hailstorm. So today, um, the weather is sunny and bright, and this cloud is all— cloud is really blue, and lots of— sorry, the sky is blue and the clouds, lots of clouds are floating over there, and it's all green over outside. So you can see it's beautiful. Or definitely this is not the right time to talk about it. But I don't want to be an opportunist and only talk about the bad things in good times. No, you can talk about the practical realities. Though this is summer and this is very rare, there are certain— some of my people who write to me want to go back to India. So I have chalked out 4 ways, you know, 4 ways you can go back to India. First, number one is, okay, before the 4 ways, the first thing when you come to Canada and you settle down over here, you have, you acquired the citizenship of this country, okay? That's a very important step to your journey because that kind of, that means you have touched the shore of the other end of your journey. So get the citizenship first, renounce Indian citizenship and get an OCI. That is very important. The Overseas Citizenship of India is very important because once you get the OCI, you do not— you will not have the feeling of being, you know, lonely, left out, or anything like that. So that is very important. And you can go back to country for anything— for work, you can go back for work, for, uh, to live over there. You can live there as long as you want to. And of course, there are some rules in Canada which we'll talk about later, like, uh, if you live there more than 6 months, I think, outside Canada, you do not get the health benefits in Canada, something like that. I have to look up, really, please look it up because I'm not very sure. So, uh, there are certain rules, but, uh, once you take the OCI, there are only, uh, 2, uh, 2 things you have to know. Uh, OCI, if you take an OCI of India, then you cannot, you do not get the voting rights, and you do not, you cannot stand for a vote for For reduction, and you also do not get to own an agricultural property. So I think these are the three things you cannot you you do not get that these are three benefits. Otherwise, you you are treated just like a citizen of India. So once you get the OCA, you get the freedom of traveling to and back and forth whenever you want to. Now. मेजर थिंग इज़ यू इफ यू आर लिविंग हियर और यू वर्किंग बाय द थर्ड और फोर्थ ईयर आई गेस्ट यू फाउंड अ वेरी गुड जॉब एंड बाय थर्ड ईयर यू अप्लाइड फॉर द सिटिजनशिप एंड यू गोट इट ऑफ़ फोर्थ ईयर सो यू आर इन अ कंफर्टेबल पोजीशन तू गेट सम लीव्स तू गो तू इंडिया सो with your name and your account and start earning something in India, you know, to get the banks, um, activated. Like, get the banks, uh, let the banks get some earning, earning money from India. In fact, uh, that is— this is step number 1, actually. So, um, this is— you start earning in India something, some kind of earning in India, number 1, is, uh, and then you start paying taxes Like these are sub sub numbers in number one, how you get back to India. So you start paying Indian taxes and you start paying and you start you start earning money in India. Like let's say a rent or you sell something or some property, some part of your property or something in in India and you put the amount in your bank account directly. Like get an e-transfer to your bank account or email money transfer or get a transfer into your account so that your account knows. That you are doing some transactions in India. So you are perfect. Then get your Aadhaar card, very important. Get your PAN card and Aadhaar card and link them with your bank account so that the country knows that you are a citizen of India and you're actively operating in India. Your bank account is not, uh, your bank account is not just for show. And you, you buy things in it. It's very become very easy for me to buy things and send things to my family in India. Because I can do it through net banking. I can just go log into amazon.com.in and just send anything, or wherever, you know, just net banking and send the thing from my Indian bank account. So I don't need to use my credit card or anything. You can also apply for a credit card in India and apply for a loan so that you are present in the Indian economy. You will be present. So that way it becomes that you're contributing something to the Indian economy already. So that happens after 4th year of living here, maybe. Then when you've already got the OCI, so the process of going back, one is you leave your job over here and take up a job over there. That's like permanently moving back, okay? So that is one process. If you get a job over there and you settle over there, then you obviously, you clear off your dues over here and whatever. That's a very extreme there. So what you can do is— that's the first step, number one. Number 2 is you can go back and forth. Like, you can start an operation in India, some kind of your own setup. Let's say some kind of a— for this, you need to, you know, give up the job over here and start— go beyond jobs. Like I always say, go beyond jobs and look for— don't look for jobs, look for ways to create a job. You have a lot of talent in you. You have your own experience. Once you come to this country, you already experienced a lot of things. So you have your own experience, and with that experience, if you build, if you set up your own company here and you give out jobs, you can let this company run with your manager in it and stay when you're trying to set up another branch in India. So if you want to go back to India and enjoy the benefits of both the countries, that way your travel costs will be covered and everything will be covered because you set up an operation here, you set up an operation in India. That way, and you can commute between both the countries. Okay, number 3, number— that is number 2. And for that, if you want to buy up or purchase a property in India, purchase it. Set it out for rent, give it out for rent, or at least you'll have a place to fall back on. Or if you already have a property, give it out for rent or give it out for Airbnb, which is a very good idea. Airbnb is something like you can go there and live there as if anywhere you want to. You don't have to give it out for rent fully. At the same time, you're earning, you're earning money out of it. So that is one, uh, very— I don't know, that kind of business idea. I always have this kind of ideas. And third is Another one is, um, second, second one is you set up your own organization in Canada and India, whichever way you can connect, and, um, you go back and forth. Third one is, uh, traveling. Like if you want to take, uh, 2 months off from your work over here, generally you get 3 weeks off in any office organization. So if you want to collect all your holidays, like one of My sister, like my sister-in-law, she does that. She collects all her holidays and she packages them into 2 months, and then she lives lives in Calcutta for 2 months, lives in India, and roams about all over India, takes a holiday. That also you can do. You're living into both the countries. You're going for a holiday for 2 months, and that's a that's also a huge thing. Then again, some people collect a lot of points from air miles and traveling in like when you if you're flying inside Canada, you you can collect a lot of air miles, a lot of points, a lot of other things that I'm not very sure of. So if you get all that, collect all that, and get yourself— give yourself a leave for— leave you— you can leave the job or go for some kind of a, uh, I wouldn't say paternity leave. There are paternity leaves out here in Canada also. If you have a baby, then you get a, I think, 1 year of paternity leave, uh, something like that, or 6 months. So you— if you take that leave and go off to your country and settle in your country. So you're living both countries at the same time. So that way, you know, you are not completely going back. You are coming, you are a citizen of this country, but you're traveling to India. So you're a citizen of both the countries. That way you're, you are not giving up. What I mean to say is don't give up on this country, but enjoy the benefits of both the countries. Yes, all right. Enjoy the benefits of both the countries because you deserve it. You have deserved, you deserve it. You have taken all the trouble to move, relocate yourself to another country at this age. It is a tremendous effort, tremendous effort. My some of my friends who have not moved out of Ontario tells me that I got I salute you guys. I mean, at your age when you already settled in your you leave your family, friends and everything to go and settle yourself in another country, particularly when you're not in war. Not a refugee, you're not being threatened by terrorists, you're just doing it out of your own will, or, you know, doing it just to make some betterment in your life. That is incredible. Like my friend said, they tell me, I salute you guys, how you can do it. So if you've done it so far, you have enough courage and enough, I would say, caliber. So you deserve this, you deserve this. Nobody can say that, oh yeah, you're living in two countries, enjoying the benefits of both the countries. Yes, you are. Tell them, yes, I am, and I deserve it. I deserve it. I've earned myself this. Okay, tell them, look them at the face and say, I have earned myself this. Nobody has given it to me. I've earned it myself. So I am going to live in both the countries and enjoy the benefits of both the countries. Okay, and the third and the fourth Fourth one, fourth way you can go back is again through voluntary job. If you are enough, like if you are financially, you know, in a sound position, if you really think you need to go back to your country and contribute something to the economy, India needs you. India needs you. And wherever you come from, Pakistan, even Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, these countries, they need you. I wouldn't say Canada doesn't need us. Canada needs us in the workforce. Force, but Canada doesn't. Canada doesn't have so much, so much, you know, like other than the con this. There are some places, but it's not that Canada really needs us. It's we they can do without us. So we need Canada more than Canada needing us. We need Canada. So yeah, and that's but India needs you. So go go there and go to India. Go to Pakistan. And go serve your own country. Make their lives better too. Make at least five lives. You can make five lives better in your own lifetime. That is remarkable. That is an achievement. Or you will never like you will die happy. That's what I feel. You know, just make five lives better. Not one. Like not you have to don't make you don't have to make hundreds and thousands of lives affect them. Just make five lives. Better than what they are. You don't have to even contribute, give them financial help. You can just be with them, just stand by them and make them do the— take the right decision. So, um, that is all you need. So for that, um, you can go to India as a volunteer and volunteer in different organizations and NGOs and, uh, you know, do whatever you can to support the NGOs and Do whatever you can to support the economy and support the country. I'm sure you're very intelligent enough to work out your own ways of supporting the economy. What you can do, you must be knowing by now, and what India needs, you must be knowing by now. So you can do that all that voluntarily as a voluntary work. So these are the four ways so we can go back to India and go back to a country and not feel guilty living here. The first thing I came here as I saw so much white space, you know, so much white space. The first thing that struck me is that why can't we bring all those poor people working over there in India and put them up in places, you know, like houses, build them houses. They can live a happy life too. No, I cannot do that. I cannot do that. That I don't have the power to do that, to bring so many people over. But I have the power to go back and contribute to their lives. I do have the power to do that. I can make my my own position strong enough that I can support five more people. For that, I need to make myself strong. I just hope you benefited from my video. And yes, if you want to go back, write to me at kadchat51@gmail.com. That's K A D C H A T fifty one at gmail.com. Don't forget to mention that you seen my video, and please like, share, and subscribe. I don't tell people to do that because it's out of their own choice and will, but I would be happy if you do it. Bye bye. Take care. Next on my next video. Okay.
