The excerpt is a single-speaker, first-person narration in English describing a river or lake that has frozen over while the speaker passes by in a car—mentions being in "Caladon", seeing mostly ice with a small patch of liquid water, and temperatures dropping from around 0°C to −19/−20°C. It's an observational clip rather than a multi-speaker conversation.

This entire lake is ice. Just wanted to share with you this entire river. Actually, this is a river which is turned into ice. I hope you can see it. We're going on a running car. That little bit of, uh, Place over there is water. There's watery liquid, but the rest of the lake is all ice. And temperature is zero right now, but it's going down to minus nineteen, minus twenty every day. This is which river? I don't know. We were just passing by nice houses. We are in Caladon right now. There's a river which has turned into ice.
