In this short video, the narrator observes municipal workers in Canada using leaf blowers to move dry autumn leaves from the back of a building onto the street, facilitating collection by a leaf‑gathering truck. The narrator briefly explains the process, notes the direction of the blowing, and cautions that filming municipal workers without their permission can be problematic in Canada, highlighting a cultural/legal norm about privacy and consent while recording public workers.
