This is a YouTube video titled "Life in Canada: Welcoming the Sound of Silence" (uploaded 2017-02-06). The excerpt is a short, informal multilingual (mostly English with a Hindi line) exchange among multiple participants labeled SPEAKER A–D. They discuss and recite song lyrics (lines from "The Sound of Silence") and coordinate how to sing the song (tempo and who knows the words).

बाबू तू तो वर्डिंग्स को जाने हैं। You know the lyrics?
I said I know the words. I I know the words. Can you sing it? It's a little slower than this, so we can— Well, we'll speed it up. I'll follow you. No, no, I mean the actual song is a little slower. Oh, sing it slower.
Because I dream of visions of when peace will be. And the vision that was planted in my brain is turning into a true promise. I know those words.
Words were written, written on the subway walls.
