This is a YouTube video titled "Life in lockdown: A deserted Niagara Falls" (created 2020-03-29). It is a first-person, vlog-style recording in English of a speaker (identifying as Nagra) narrating from a car during COVID-19 quarantine while driving to and filming the unusually empty Niagara Falls. The speaker describes deserted roads and viewing areas, notes practicing social distancing (staying in the car, a mention of a husband and a few small family groups at a distance), reflects on the view, and urges viewers to stay home.

And that's the That's the horseshoe fall. Yeah, and that is the falls. I don't know if you can see what my eyes can see. You can get off here, right? My husband says no. No, there's— so we have to practice social distancing, so the only one family this side and Just one small family here, and there are people— nobody's here on Niagara.
