Muslim family killed in Canada | Why?

In this emergency‑style video, the speaker reacts to a recent vehicle‑ramming attack in London, Ontario that killed four members of a Muslim family, which the Canadian Prime Minister labeled a terrorist act. While condemning the violence, the speaker shifts focus to a broader critique of Muslim communities in Canada and worldwide. He argues that Muslims have been "appeased" by governments since the post‑9/11 era, leading to a lack of integration: they retain visible religious symbols (hijab, burqa, skull caps), request dedicated prayer rooms at workplaces, and maintain distinct cultural practices that set them apart from the mainstream. The speaker contrasts this with Hindu and other immigrant groups who, he says, adopt Canadian clothing and customs, thereby blending in. He questions the secular nature of Canadian institutions that provide Muslim‑specific prayer spaces, suggesting this fuels anti‑Muslim sentiment. Interwoven are personal anecdotes about his own atheism, an upcoming anti‑God book, his dietary choices (eating beef, chicken, pork), and his family's rejection of caste and religious rituals. He concludes by urging Muslims in Canada to assimilate, stop “throwing their religion in others’ faces,” and adopt a broader, liberal Canadian identity to reduce hostility, while inviting viewers to comment respectfully.

Hello guys, how are you doing today? So this is an emergency video which I had to do today because I was very disturbed with a particular news incident which happened in London, Ontario, in Canada. Canada, there's a place called London, so it happened here. And, uh, though it happened here, I think the topic is very relevant to people all over the world. So I would request you to listen to this because this is, this is going to probably, this is, this is going to affect you. So there's this news which has come out today that a driver slams into a Muslim family killing 4 people in what Canadian PM calls a terrorist attack. It seems that this was a premeditated This is a planned and premeditated act motivated by hate, hatred for a particular community. It is believed the victims were targeted because they were Muslim. So the Detective Superintendent Paul White of London Police said that. Remember, this London is Ontario, Canada London. So I am I deeply. Condemn this kind of attack, and I definitely would call it a terrorist attack. And terrorism, terrorism has no religion. Terrorists, rapists, they don't have any religions, so they are murderers, so they should be handled likewise. The terrorist can be of any religion, of any race, color, but he should be handled like a terrorist. That's what my opinion is, but that's not what I am here for. Today I'm here for a different reason altogether. You see, there is another point to this whole thing, okay? So the point is Muslims in all parts of the world— let me be very blunt, okay? Muslims in all parts of the world have been appeased for I don't know how many generations, ever since probably the 2011, 2021, 2001 September 11 attacks, or probably before that, they were always considered the minority, and they were appeased by all governments, including Indian government and Canadian government and US government. US government, of course, um, kind of, uh, they had different ideas, okay? But Canadian government has been appeasing them for a very long time. And what I feel is, you know, like, this community, uh, I'm not against Muslim community. I have a lot of friends in Muslim community. But what I feel is Muslims do not integrate into the Canadian society. They will not give up hijab, they will not give up burqa, they will wear that, uh, the kind of short length kurtis, pajamas, and skull caps. It kind of makes them different, stand apart from the rest of the Canadians. So When Indians come to Canada or Hindus are coming to Canada, we integrate. We, we kind of wear Canadian clothes, we are celebrating the Canadian festival, we are, uh, we are integrating into the society. That does not make— we may be browns, but people do not exactly classify us into a particular category. The moment they see you, they will not classify you, oh, she's Hindu. Like if I am wearing a sindoor all the time, wearing a saree, okay? If my husband is wearing a dhoti and kurta just because we are Bengalis all the time, people are going to stare and people are going to— here particularly in Canada, people are going to say— even in India, like if you're wearing a dhoti kurta all the time, people are going to look at you, okay? So it's even in a country like India where like the dhoti kurta is, is, is the country, even there people are looking to look at you if you're going to wear a dhoti kurta all the time. So So you have to let go of certain cultures and customs to integrate into the society, and then only people will think कि ये अपना है, है ना? नहीं तो people that's one point. That's people are going to always look at you as she's a Muslim or he is a Muslim guy because he's dressed differently. He wants to be classified as a Muslim. So what happens is that Naturally, unless and until you talk to the person naturally in the natural, it's very naturally this they're going to there's going to be some kind of a non-communication between them. Like they wouldn't want to go and communicate with a Muslim. I don't know how she's going to react if I tell her this, if I tell her anything about the religion, anything about how she dresses because that's the first thing and it comes to your mind when you see a Muslim person. With a hijab or a burqa, and you don't know what to say to that person. What's going to be the common ground that we can come to, right? So if you see a person wearing a skull cap, immediately you'll think that the person is a very staunch religious guy. So if you're not that much of a religious guy, which is like becoming the majority of the population is not becoming so not so religious. So if you're not like if a Christian is constantly wearing cross on his, okay, like bearing a big cross on your, on your chest and, you know, wearing the Christian dress, or then you are constantly going to identify him as a Christian person, okay. So if I am going to wear, uh, lots of, um, maduli and malas and lots of huge bindi on my head and vermilion and All the time I'm dressed like that, okay? Whenever I step out, people are going to identify me as a Hindu, staunch Hindu fundamentalist. So they will not be able to communicate or interact with me. So this has been a problem in Canada ever since I came in here. I've seen this, like Muslims, they are one category, and rest of the religion, like Hindus, are not— they cannot be identified. So rest are like Hindus and Christians and browns, and you can obviously see the brown color and see the white color and black color. So that is, that is not so much so important as much as if you are throwing your religion into others' faces. So what Muslims are doing is throwing their religion into others' faces. In fact, second point is the most— there in every office, there is a prayer room dedicated. They don't say it, they just say it's a prayer room. No, but everybody knows it's dedicated for the Muslim namaz. So why is that? If you are a secular country, why would you dedicate a prayer room to anybody for the matter? If you want to pray, you go to your mosque, you go to your temple, you go to your church. You don't have to pay If you are going to pray in the workplace, that means you are you are indulging you are indulging this kind of you're not a secular workplace. Why are you kind of instigating this kind of the government is instigating this kind of anti secularism inside workplaces? Why are workplaces having prayer rooms? Tell me. You know, once I was coming back from India on a flight, and it was almost a 22-hour flight. On the end of the flight, I was very exhausted, and my— I was stiff. I was sitting on the chair, I was stiff, my legs were hurting. So I wanted to do a little bit of stretching exercises. So you know what I did? I was very cheeky and naughty. I asked the air hostess, I called him, I said, excuse me, where can I do my prayers? So he looked at me and he said, what religion are you? See? So that immediately tells you that they are looking for a religion. I said, Hindu. So he said, okay, you can do it. We don't have a prayer room, but you can do it in the front of the plane. So I actually did my yoga and Surya Pranam straight in front of everybody. I said, I don't give a toss to whoever, whatever the thing. So I did my stretching exercises over there. But the fact that he asked me, which religion are you? That immediately strikes a bell, right? That only, certainly only Muslims ask for a prayer room. Hindus will not ask for a prayer room in a flight. Everybody has their own gods. In fact, I'm writing a book which is very much anti-god. I'll talk about it later, which is— What's the name of the book? It's in the process. I'm working on this book, my 6th book. So that's in the process. I'll talk about in a different video altogether. If you're interested, you can watch that video. I'll name it particularly that it's about my book, nothing else. So, but that was— that's an anti-God book because I am not a religious person. I don't believe in personal gods. So So, okay, I understand. I eat beef. You must— you— lots of people are very— lots of you are very upset with my eating beef or anything of that sort, but I eat beef, I eat chicken, I eat pork, I eat anything except for spiders and octopus. I cannot eat octopus. I eat everything that is non-veg. Of course, of late I am kind of letting go of non-veg so much. I'm not eating so much. I'm getting more and more veg. Because it's not suiting my system. That's a different story. But I don't believe in not eating beef because I'm Hindu. I'm a Hindu Brahmin, that too. No, I don't. I'm not even Brahmin. I've been married to a Brahmin. That doesn't make me a Brahmin. I don't believe in being Brahmin, being believing, being casteist. I've never got my son wear the, you know, perform the poithi. Which is the thread ceremony for the Brahmins. I had to really fight my family, my in-laws' family for this, my husband too. I had to fight with him. I said, no way, I'm not— I do not believe in higher caste. We are at a higher caste. When he becomes 18, if he still wants to wear pooti, he wants to go through a thread ceremony, he can. But not when I am his legal guardian. I don't believe in it. So now he's 24, he's an atheist, complete atheist. So fine, he doesn't even believe in caste, race, creed, religion, color. He doesn't believe in any of these differences. He doesn't even believe in God. So okay, I'm a mother of an atheist, you can expect me to be— to eat beef. That's not the point, okay? The point is today we are discussing is this Anti-Muslim anger that is growing in the society. It is—I'm not justifying it at all—but it's a result of cause and effect. It is a result of cause and effect. It's a result of too much appeasement on the of the Muslims in every part of the world. Muslims have been appeased. Why are they even appeased? Why are they even identified as a different class? I mean, to be appeased or or to be to bully. Or to like kind of kill them. I mean, what is this? This is a society we are going towards going to Mars. We are going towards interplanetary human settlement. And what are we doing? We're still fighting. We're still identifying these people as Muslims. We are identifying these people as Chinese, Asians, and we are attacking them. Yes, we have a lot of anger in— maybe, you know, I have a lot of anger against the Chinese government. You might be having a lot of anger against the Muslims because some Muslims someday, sometime in the past had caused harm to your family or your people. But that doesn't mean this particular innocent family is responsible for it. Fine. So you cannot Take the blame of somebody else and put it on somebody else. I know it's cause and effect, but we are humans. We should control it. We should understand it. At the same time, I would request you Muslims not to be identified, not to blend the society. Why are you throwing your religion to us, on us? You in India, it is not like that. India, nobody understands who's Muslim and who's not. Even in fact, when I came here, I used to Think, okay, Farida was a Muslim. Okay, okay, this guy was okay. This friend of mine in school was a Muslim. I didn't remember realize it there. It's like that in India. It's nobody cares whether you're Muslim, but in Canada it is very apparent. Can you believe it? In a developed country like Canada, it's very apparent. People actually wearing hijab and burqa and all the time they are. Praying five times a day. Yes, you can do the praying in your own home. Why are you throwing it at the face of the entire society? Why is the government supposed to have a prayer room for you? This is going to put you in the limelight, and this is going to harbor hatred among people who wants to hate. There is no justification for hatred, but I am just. Looking at the cause and effect of it. I'm just looking at the cause of it. Please, I may be wrong in my analysis, but if you think I'm wrong, please write to me. Please write in the comment box below, wherever you want to. You can troll me, I don't care. You know I don't care. Say whatever, as long as you do not use any abusive words, I will delete all those and YouTube will also— YouTube is in program to delete all abusive words, so don't do that. But you can put in your point of view wherever you want, and I'm sure you will understand. Uh, a lot of Muslim, uh, guys who are Muslim and by in religion, they must be watching this. And if you are, uh, if you have a wide mind spectrum, you will understand what I'm saying. Like you couldn't go— you, like in Muslim countries, if you're from Canada, if you're from India, wherever you go, you have to wear this headscarf, okay? You have to wear your headscarf. You understand? If you're entering a temple or a mosque, that's just the rule. You have to do that. So in Canada, be a Canadian. When you come here, you're— you've become a citizen of this country. Be a Canadian. Canadian. What is a Canadian? Being completely liberal and wide, open-minded. That is a Canadian. Because the Canadian government is so liberal and open-minded, do not take advantage of them. Please be a Canadian when you are in Canada. Be a Canadian. Why are you still holding on to being a Muslim of all things? You are a Canadian. Blend with the society or be open to the society. Why are you holding on to your own communities? And then you are expecting that if this is going on, going to go on, then the people who want to hate will hate more. I'm not abj— I'm not advocating for these people, but I can understand where they're coming from. That's my version. Maybe it will not go well with a lot of people, but if you are— if you, if you Have a wide mindset. If you have a very open mindset, maybe you'll understand what I'm trying to say. Have a good day. I just hope this doesn't repeat again in Canada. This doesn't become a trend in Canada. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.
