In this brief YouTube short, a speaker (identified as SPEAKER A) delivers a forceful, impassioned appeal in Russian, calling for Russia to be labeled a terrorist state. The speaker urgently asks for international assistance to "close the sky" over the conflict zone, demanding the establishment of a no‑fly zone and the provision of additional air‑defence systems. The message reflects a strong anti‑Russian stance within the context of the Russia‑Ukraine war, emphasizing the perceived need for heightened protection against aerial attacks.
