The 3 things we learnt from these new times

A walk through a park at sunset reflects on three lessons from lockdown: nature reclaimed cities when humans stepped back, we need far less to be happy, and billions spent on Mars colonization should protect Earth instead through renewable energy and pollution reduction.

Oh, this is so beautiful. See, now I have a weapon. I accidentally like pressed the play button of the other video, and so I have now have to work on the editor to join the 2 videos. So what have you learned from this Uh, lockdown, guys. I've learned a lot of things. I've learned to let nature be at it, and then we are not the paradigm of, um, everything. Our existence is not everything. We are just, uh, just a part of nature. Nature can take over us anytime it wants to. We just don't have to fight a war. This wasn't even a world war, but see, we didn't even have to fight a world war, and look how the nature cleans, cleans itself, and everything is— the sky is blue, and the birds are again coming back to cities. There are animals walking around freely. They they have lost all scared, like they don't they're not scared of humans anymore. And that's the way it should be. We should cohabit together. That's what I feel. So this COVID has taught us a lot of things. Despite the fact that humans said humans are in this. completely dispensable. And also taught us a very important thing, that we can do with very little things. Very little, very few things. We don't need so much in life. We can actually do with so few things. Like, this is incredible. You're watching the sunset, right? Yes. And that's the hill we are planning to climb. I'm already exhausted walking so much. I haven't walked for a long time. We had spotted a coyote here a few days back, like before. Winter, that is, which is why I'm carrying a stick with me. Brave me. Is— are you alive? Yeah, he's alive. He is alive. He's just hiding inside. Okay, I'll let you leave. Annyeong. Okay, my son has gone way ahead. And what else have we learned from the COVID coronavirus? That, uh, the nature has not cleaned, cleaned itself. Like, it has cleaned itself. So are we willing to keep the nature as it is? Are we going to pollute our rivers again? Once when you start throwing things in the river again, think, did you like staying at home like this? What if it happens again? It's gonna come back again. This was just a truck trailer. Mankind, my dear friends, was just a trailer. So it's going to come back again. So don't, don't be too, you know, like, uh, sure that this is, this is the end. I don't think we should go up. Maybe the coyote has built his nest. उकाने कायर थकते पर ही तो ना ना maybe it's up there built its nest or something. मैं जित पाऊँगा ना। I'm too tired. Let's go back. तू उठ बे Up or down? Up. He's climbing, he's climbing. I'm gonna watch him climb. I've climbed that plenty of times. I've even done yoga on top of that hill, but today I am so exhausted and I'm a little scared because last time I climbed the hill Couple of dogs attacked me from here. They probably thought I was a threat, standing up there tall like this. Yeah, good job, Hatna. Oh, he's perched himself over there. Okay, he's sitting over there. So I'm facing the sunlight, sunset directly over here, and I hope you can see the beautiful park that we are in inside now. It's surrounded by a lot of buildings. A lot of houses. And I think we should preserve this nature because instead of going to Mars— I always felt that instead of going, spending so much money to go to Mars, why not spend that money to clean up our planet? This is the only home we have. Why are we so stupid? Why are we so stupid? Why are we spending? I mean, I like Elon Musk a lot. I like his. I really like his ideas and everything. But going to Mars? Are you kidding me? Do you really think humans will be able to you know travel back to Mars, go to Mars and come back? I mean, even a thousand years from now. And why would we? We have a perfectly beautiful planet to live. Why do you always want to leave your home? Like, I left my home and came here 11 years back, 11 and a half years back, and I want to go back any day, every day I want to go back. But the infrastructure in my home is not suitable for me to go back. I don't find that kind of peace, the kind of mental peace that I find here, the government support that I find here, back home. You won't believe when the lockdown started. I understand there's a variety population, but the Government of Canada gave each individual person $2,000 whether they were working or not. Whenever if you apply, you get it. That is the kind of commitment the government has. I'm not saying the Government of India is not doing its part, but every individual have to has to do it. Every individual, every person has to do it. They have to do their part, and together we can build our economy in India. But I do want to go back every day, and in fact, I do go back. I'm not— I'm just, uh, like cribbing unnecessarily. It's not that. I'm not complaining because I go back every, every year for 6 months. I stay in my country, and this is also my country where I built an existence for myself. So I come here and stay here for 6 months. So it's kind of— now I'm— but do you think that's going to be possible for people on Mars? For people on Earth to go to Mars and come back to Earth and live here? I mean, it's pretty insane. I think you should more put more money into building the nature around us. Clean up our globe. Do more of solar energy, solar power, and wind power. Use more of that power and pollute the earth less. That's all I want you guys to do. Those who I think those who like go by my comment or those who agree with me, you can write your comments below. Below, you know, and tell me what you feel about this whole thing. Okay, and see you next time.
