They describe children making snow angels, crawling and lying in the snow, and note various objects on the balcony—railing, dolls, a snow eagle figurine, and a bird—being covered in fresh snow. The speaker expresses enthusiasm, repeatedly exclaiming how good the snow looks, and points out that the balcony is cluttered, limiting further view. The tone is informal, spontaneous, and highly enthusiastic, capturing a personal, joyful reaction to the winter weather.

This is what I saw when I woke up from bed. In fact, it was still higher, but now— oh no, this is all vanished. But look at that outside. Holy shit, you really want to be here and play with the snow. Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello. Look at that. Oh, look at that. Children are playing snow angel. Oh God, they're playing in the snow, they're crawling in the snow, and they're lying on the snow. The stairs are dusty. There's snow blobs, blobs, blobs on my railing. Okay, this is not the first snow, but this is real good. This is really good snow. And my 2 dolls there, they are wearing snow hats. And my— this one has nice eyes, but they're all covered in snow. Where is the eyes? There's the eyes. This is my snow eagle, my sun eagle. It's all covered. My bird is also covered with snow. And this is my wall, which is covered with snow. Okay, yes, so the balcony is in junk, so I cannot show you more. Watch this.
