Toronto, under severe 2nd lockdown, celebrates 2021 by honking car horns
In a brief clip from a YouTube video documenting Toronto's New Year’s horn‑honking celebration during the second COVID‑19 lockdown, two unnamed speakers comment on a passerby they refer to as “the aquarium millennial.” Speaker A notes they have caught him, while Speaker B remarks that he is doing the same thing again, labeling him the aquarium millennial. The exchange ends with Speaker A expressing excitement about the moment. The snippet captures spontaneous, informal banter that reflects a local cultural reference amid the lockdown celebration.
