Happy Sunday, everybody! Okay, make sure that you save this post for future reference because it is the simplest, the easiest, and the most delicious 2-ingredient flatbread/pita bread you could ever make. Before we go back to the weekly regular programming, I want to share that all you need is the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. You don't need the baking powder because you have a self-rising flour. It makes about 6, maybe you can do 7 if you make it smaller, but I love the wider ones because I use it for my gyros. I use this flatbread/pita bread for the gyros, and if you just want to snack on it, I am not kidding you, it's delicious. Just brush it with garlic butter and parsley and you've got a snack. But this was our gyro for the week.
