Build The Relationship Before The Need

most people assume that you hire somebody when you hit a point where you could no longer do everything. For me, I hired her because number one, I created relationship with her on an audio-only app during the lockdown. She was very intentional with the way that she ran her business, and she listened a lot to what I was saying on the audio-only app. The attraction happened First for me before I hired her. When the need arise, I already knew who to talk to or who to consult with or who to end up hiring. I hired her because I was frustrated. I didn't know so many things back in the days that I essentially just gave up learning in the beginning and just hired somebody to create something for me.
