Controversial Goodwill Post

Okay, this is such an interesting comment because my first reaction to this comment is good for the Goodwill CEO for making that much money. To me, running an entire organization such as Goodwill requires more than that. Why should a Goodwill CEO who runs a large organization be paid less than a bank CEO? Tell me that. Does the responsibility go down just because it's a not-for-profit? Nonprofits need to make money, y'all. I am so involved in a local nonprofit in my community, and I'm telling you, there's a lot of them that don't survive because of people like this. People that think Nonprofit workers should not get paid any money at all.
