If you have an LLC, don't trust Google about the Beneficial Ownership Information Report deadline. The Treasury is appealing the order that required filing, so you're not required to report right now. Check FinCEN.gov directly for the latest rules.

Do not get scammed when filing your BOIR online by Googling the process. Okay, guys, happy New Year. Make sure you stay till the end so you get the entire information. Instead of Googling, here's what you want to do. You want to go straight to FinCEN.gov and click this below, file a report using the BOIE filing system. Okay. Here's what I discovered when I filed on 12/31. It says the Department of the Treasury is appealing the order. In the meantime, reporting companies are not currently required to file a BOIR.
