Hire From Your Community

The best hires I have heard though, and I would love to do this one day, are hiring people in your micro community, people that already love what you're doing, people that already enjoy the content you're creating, people that already consume the content you're creating and really understands your mission and vision in this world, your purpose, your intention, your legacy. They buy into it. I heard that's a really good hire. I've not done that yet. I hope to do it one day soon.
