Organic scaling gives you both. It gives you both your time and it fixes your money problem. Only if you stop the me, me, me post. Again, I'm talking about myself. What growth is all about is learning how to shift the way that you show up in this world, acknowledging Some of the egos that we go through because we're human beings and we inherently have specific egos in specific areas of our lives. It's just the way it is. But where the leadership comes in is realizing that that is your ego talking. That is your ego showing up.
