Preparation gives you leverage. Know your intellectual property and expertise cold before any session. Always end by asking participants a specific question to lock in your advantage.

Preparation gives you leverage. Know your intellectual property and expertise cold before any session. Always end by asking participants a specific question to lock in your advantage.
Preparation positions you to even more better leveraging position. When you give away the brain picker, your intellectual property, or whatever it is that you answer to the questions they have, at the end of all this, there's a thing that I want you to do to even further the leverage game that you have. Remember, what I'm trying to tell you is we need to always be in leverage position. This is what a positioning coach like me teaches other people, is we got to be prepared And positioned in order for us to win, because people that are winging it aren't winning it. Prepare those, because what you're gonna do before you dismiss each other from that session, you are going to ask them— you cannot let them go without asking them.

People with less experience are becoming known for the expertise you’ve spent decades building.
