All people in my world are beginning to awaken to their own capacities. I can be a very direct person to someone who is on my special friends list. I don't do it for everybody because here's what I found. When I give feedback, especially a very frank one, it becomes something that other women feel like They should be combative about it. Many times we are close to feedback, but as women, we just want to be seen. And when you can find other women that can do just that, they will be forever friends with you. This is exactly why I host my Friendsgiving every single year. It's what I do for other women, is to make sure they're appreciated.
