The rhythm for my six-figure journey was every week alternately I would binge watch a course, then the next weekend I would implement it, and then I'd start promoting it every single time on my social. The other thing that I had to really be okay with is to no longer allow people to pick my brain for free. Number one, it's very draining. It's only one person giving the value. It's not a two-way street. It's not a win-win situation. Remember I said if it isn't a win-win situation, I don't don't necessarily like it. The cool thing about low-ticket digital products is when somebody wants to pick your brain, you can put it all in a product and then you can just send them the link. It could be a lead magnet, it could be an ebook download, it could be a PDF download, it could be a guide, it could be a checklist, it could be anything, but start small.
