Turn Brain Picking Into Offer Testing

Allowing the brain pickers to pick your brain, but don't let it go to waste. Leverage that conversation, document that conversation, and have them prepare multiple questions before the actual meeting and create an agenda so you can have it in writing. Have them email it to you, what their questions are. And then of course, with our smartphones, we can now record conversations, or if the conversation happens virtually over Zoom, you can obviously hit record so You could watch film of what transpired during the brain picking session. And then now you could flip the switch, create a product on that because a brain picking session can serve as your testing.
