Your Title Will Not Make You Unforgettable

Your label, your title, your position is not going to make you unforgettable. I coach powerhouse women to become bankable, visible, and unforgettable. There's a lot of VPs in this world, not even just in banking, but in several industries. How do we then, as a human being, become even more visible without using any of that? I want you to start thinking about shifting from that to a different kind of visibility. Because that part is most likely going to give you— sure, it's going to give you exposure. Sure, they look good on the resume, but it's not an identity. You are not your title. You are way more than that, even beyond or before you became that title. I want you to start thinking that women stay invisible because we are undecided whether we want to be visible or not.
