Be very careful when you're buying organic produce. Grocers have taken things to a whole other level. This was found in a Publix Market and it's unbelievable. Look at this, an apple in the organic section. And when you pick it up and look at it, the barcode number starts with a 4, which we know means not organic. You see it again. Look at this orange. Zoom in, start to look at the barcode, and what do you see? A number 4. Once again, not organic in the organic section. There's probably something in there that is organic that allowed to put the sign up, but they're misleading you as you walk through knowing that you don't know. Now take a look at this. A sign disclosing coatings on fruits and vegetables where they're talking about beeswax, but wait a second, also petroleum. Now the sign claims that it's food-grade petroleum, but what exactly is a food-grade cancer-causing carcinogen? Sounds delicious. So the next time you're in your grocery store, don't get tricked by signs and product placement. Pick up everything you're planning to buy, look at it individually, and make sure it actually is what you think you're buying.
