You've probably had the thought, is traditional education really working for my children? Is it what's best for them? Is this really preparing them for a future that's full of AI and things that we don't even know about yet? Well, I believe that we all need a huge change in how we view learning, a radical reset. Imagine it's your child's wedding day. They stand up to give that toast and they're gonna say cheers to mom or cheers to my dad for giving me fill in the blank. What is the one thing they could say that would bring you such joy and gratitude in that moment? It's probably not thanks for the money or the car or thanks for pushing me through school. They're gonna say something about a quality or An experience, something that you have taught them that has helped them to feel successful in their life thus far. I really think that the adaptability and the flexibility that's gonna be needed by our kids in the future to really feel successful and thrive in their life and in their work is not a function of how many facts we've learned at school. It's going to come from who they are as a person and the environment that they've developed in and how they've learned to teach themselves.
