Hi, I'm Katherine. Welcome to Kairos Rise. It's likely if you found this video, it's because you've had the thought that something about your children's education is just not ideal. Well, I would say that's your intuition, and it's usually right. But then you go and search and find that there's so much out there with all the tools that are available. There's so many curriculums. There's so much happening now with AI, it's overwhelming. But I found a way to do homeschool that I'm calling hybrid because I pull from different curriculum and I focus a lot on AI, but I also try to give the kids true balance, meaning that they can equally debate a topic eloquently but also sit and meditate. It's all based on the premise that I want to prepare them for a future that is wildly different from what we know, and they really need to know how to teach themselves. So education should be fun, and when it's fun, we find out that the kids are much more driven and take a leadership role in their own educational journey. So that's why I created this platform, and I'm hoping to find other like-minded parents and educators to create a really supportive community, a place to share ideas, methods, what works and what doesn't. Because you're probably trying to find what is the right way to educate your kids. Well, I would say that the right way is the way that's just perfect for you. So in the program I've created, I would love to help walk you through the journey of going from where do we start to a system and a schedule and really a lifestyle that works for you. And I call it Kairos because Kairos means the perfect right timing.. It's not anyone else's timing, it's yours. Just like the culture in your family is unique and it's what supports your kids and what is growing them into what I call awesome humans. I talk a lot about raising awesome humans because when we know what that means to us specifically in your family, then you have your compass, you know where you're headed. So on this channel, I will be giving lots of ideas, things that have worked for me, and things that actually have not worked for me, because I think we should all just be really honest about the ups and downs of homeschool. But because it's worked so well and I've seen really great results, I wanted to create a platform to share my ideas and I guess my roadmap with other parents.
